What are conditions for accepting denunciations in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 29 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law on Denunciation in 2018 stipulating conditions for accepting denunciations in Vietnam:
Accepting denunciations
1. A denunciation handler may issue a denunciation decision if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following conditions are satisfied:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation is made as prescribed in Article 23 of this Law;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer has full legal capacity. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of limited legal capacity, a representative is required as prescribed by law;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case falls within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recipient’s jurisdiction;
d) There are grounds for determining a violator and violation against xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law.
In case a denunciation is derived from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complaint that has been settled within power and in accordance with prescribed procedures, but xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complainant expresses his/her dissent and denounces xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complaint handler, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation will be only accepted if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer provides information and documentary evidences to confirm that xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái complaint handler commits a violation.
2. A decision on denunciation acceptance contains at least:
a) Issuance date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision;
b) Grounds for issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision;
c) Accepted denunciation;
d) Time limit for settling xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation.
3. Within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issuance date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on denunciation acceptance, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation handler shall notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denounced party.
As regulated above, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái conditions for accepting denunciations in Vietnam are as follows:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation is made as prescribed by law;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer has full legal capacity. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of limited legal capacity, a representative is required as prescribed by law;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case falls within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recipient’s jurisdiction;

What contents must be included in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 23 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law on Denunciation in 2018 stipulating receipt of denunciations in Vietnam:
Receipt of denunciations
1. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where a denunciation is made using a form, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form shall specify date of denunciation; full name and address of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer, methods of contacting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer; denounced violations against xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law; denounced party and other relevant authority. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where multiple denouncers make a denunciation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form shall specify denouncers' full name, address and method of contacting each denouncer; full name of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative of each denouncer.
xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer shall sign or press his/her fingerprint on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form.
2. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer submits a denunciation directly to a competent organization, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recipient shall instruct him/her to fill in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form or record xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation and request him/her to sign or press his/her fingerprint on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái record, specifying xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái information specified in Clause 1 of this Article. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where multiple denouncers makes a denunciation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái recipient shall instruct them to fill in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form or record xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation and request them to sign or press their fingerprint on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái record.
3. Any organization or individual that has xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái power to settle denunciations shall receive denunciations. Every denouncer shall make their denunciation at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái address announced by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authority.
As regulated above, in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where a denunciation is made using a form, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form shall specify following contents:
- Date of denunciation;
- Full name and address of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer, methods of contacting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denouncer;
- Denounced violations against xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law; denounced party and other relevant authority.
In xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái cases where multiple denouncers make a denunciation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái denunciation form shall specify denouncers' full name, address and method of contacting each denouncer; full name of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái representative of each denouncer.
