Based on Article 9 of the2010 Law on Non-Agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Use Tax, the cases exempt from non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use tax include:
[1]vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of investment projects in sectors specially encouraged for investment; investment projects in areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions; investment projects in sectors encouraged for investment in areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of enterprises using more than 50% of their workforce as war invalids and sick soldiers.
[2]vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of facilities conducting private investment activities in the fields of education, vocational training, healthcare, culture, sports, environment.

Based on Article 9 of the2024 vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is classified as follows:
Article 9. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Classification
1. Based on the purpose of use, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is classified into agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and unused vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
2. The agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay group includes the following types:
a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for annual crops, including rice cultivation vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and other annual crops vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
b) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for perennial crops;
c) Forestry vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, including special-use forest vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, protection forest vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, production forest vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
d) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for aquaculture;
dd) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for concentrated livestock breeding;

3. The non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay group includes the following types:
a) Residential vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, including homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay in rural and urban areas;
b) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for constructing office buildings;
c) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for national defense and security purposes (hereinafter referred to as national defense and security vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay);
d) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for constructing public utility structures, including vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for cultural, social, healthcare, education and training, physical training and sports, science and technology, environment, hydrometeorology, diplomacy, and other public utility structures, or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for constructing offices of other public service providers;[...]

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for cemeteries, funeral homes, cremation facilities;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for storing ashes and bones;
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with specialized water surfaces;
- Other non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
How will the state of Vietnam compensate for the expropriation of non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay?
Based on Article 99 of the2024 vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay-related recompense when the State expropriates non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay which is not homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of households/individuals is regulated as follows:
Article 99. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay-related recompense when the State expropriates non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay which is not homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of households/individuals
- Households and individuals using non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay that is not homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay when reclaimed by the state, if eligible for compensation under Article 95 of this Law, are compensated with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of the same purpose as the reclaimed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay or with money based on the remaining vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use term for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with a fixed term, or with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of a different purpose from the reclaimed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, or with housing.
- Households and individuals using non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay that is not homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay leased by the state with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rent paid one time for the entire lease term but exempt from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rent when reclaimed by the state, if eligible for compensation under Article 95 of this Law, are compensated for the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
- The Government of Vietnam provides detailed regulations for this Article.
Thus, if non-agricultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay that is not homestead vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is expropriated by the state and is eligible for compensation, compensation is provided in the form of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with the same purpose as the expropriated vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay or with money based on the remaining use term of the vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, or with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay of a different purpose from the expropriated vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, or with housing.
