Article 73. Classification of tax refund dossiers
- Tax refund dossiers are classified into those subject to pre-refund audit and those eligible for refund prior to audit.
- Dossiers subject to pre-refund audit include:
a) Dossiers from taxpayers requesting a tax refund for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái first time for each specific refund case as stipulated by tax law. Article 75. Time frame for resolving tax refund dossiers
- For dossiers eligible for pre-audit refund, no later than 06 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax administration agency issues a notice of acceptance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái resolution period, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax administration agency must decide on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax refund for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer or notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái transfer of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer's dossier to pre-refund audit if specified in Clause 2 Article 73 of this Law, or notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer of non-refund if xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier does not meet refund conditions.
