Additional cases for revocation đá bóng trực tiếp License for karaoke service business in Vietnam from November 12, 2024
Based on Article 16 đá bóng trực tiếpDecree 54/2019/ND-CP(amended by Clause 8 Article 1Decree 148/2024/ND-CP) regarding the revocation đá bóng trực tiếp the Business License:
Article 16. Revocation đá bóng trực tiếp Business License
- The licensing authority shall issue a Decision to revoke a Business License when the enterprise or business household falls into one đá bóng trực tiếp the following cases:
a) Forging documents to request the issuance đá bóng trực tiếp a Business License;
b) Violating business conditions causing damage to human life, health, or property; violating fire prevention and fighting regulations in the following cases that have been requested for remediation in written form by a competent authority but have not complied: Lacking an adequate number đá bóng trực tiếp emergency exits; rendering emergency exits ineffective, blocking fire spread; bringing a construction or components đá bóng trực tiếp a construction subject to fire prevention and fighting approval into operation without a written approval đá bóng trực tiếp fire prevention and fighting inspection results;
c) Being granted a Business License but not engaging in business for 12 consecutive months;
d) Not temporarily suspending business activities as requested by the licensing authority;

Under these regulations, the business license for karaoke services is revoked when the enterprise or business household falls into one đá bóng trực tiếp these cases:
- Forging documents to request the issuance đá bóng trực tiếp a Business License
- Violating business conditions causing damage to life, health, or property
- Violating fire prevention and fighting regulations in the following cases that have been requested for remediation in written form by a competent authority but have not complied:
+ Lacking an adequate number đá bóng trực tiếp emergency exits
+ Rendering emergency exits ineffective, blocking fire spread
+ Bringing a construction or components đá bóng trực tiếp a construction subject to fire prevention and fighting approval into operation without a written approval đá bóng trực tiếp fire prevention and fighting inspection results
- Being granted a Business License but not engaging in business for 12 consecutive months
- Not temporarily suspending business activities as requested by the licensing authority
- At the end đá bóng trực tiếp the temporary suspension period as requested by the licensing authority without remedying or insufficiently remedying violations
- Within 2 years from the end đá bóng trực tiếp the temporary suspension period as requested by the licensing authority, repeating the violations stated in the request for temporary suspension
Thus, compared to the previous regulations, the Government đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam has added cases for the revocation đá bóng trực tiếp karaoke service business licenses when enterprises or business households violate fire prevention and fighting regulations in the following cases that have been requested for remediation in written form by a competent authority but have not complied:
+ Lacking an adequate number đá bóng trực tiếp emergency exits
+ Rendering emergency exits ineffective, blocking fire spread
+ Bringing a construction or components đá bóng trực tiếp a construction subject to fire prevention and fighting approval into operation without a written approval đá bóng trực tiếp fire prevention and fighting inspection results

What are the conditions for conducting a karaoke service business in Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 đá bóng trực tiếpDecree 54/2019/ND-CP(amended by Clause 1 Article 1Decree 148/2024/ND-CP) on the conditions for karaoke service business:
Article 4. Conditions for Karaoke Service Business
- Being an enterprise or business household established in accordance with the law.
- Ensuring conditions đá bóng trực tiếp fire prevention and fighting and security, order according to the provisions đá bóng trực tiếp Decree No. 96/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, đá bóng trực tiếp the Government đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam stipulating conditions on security, order for certain business lines, Decree No. 56/2023/ND-CP dated July 24, 2023, đá bóng trực tiếp the Government đá bóng trực tiếp Vietnam amending and supplementing certain articles đá bóng trực tiếp Decree No. 96/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, stipulating conditions on security, order for certain business lines, Decree No. 99/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, on management and use đá bóng trực tiếp seals, Decree No. 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020, on the management and use đá bóng trực tiếp fireworks.
- The singing room must have a usable area đá bóng trực tiếp 20 m2 or more, not counting auxiliary works.
- No door locks or alarm devices shall be placed inside the singing room (except for fire alarm devices).
According to the above regulations, the conditions for karaoke service business are as follows:
- Being an enterprise or business household established in accordance with the law.
- Ensuring conditions đá bóng trực tiếp fire prevention and fighting, and security, order
- The singing room must have a usable area đá bóng trực tiếp 20 m2 or more, not counting auxiliary works.
- No door locks or alarm devices may be placed inside the singing room (except for fire alarm devices).
What are the responsibilities đá bóng trực tiếp enterprises or business households when engaging in karaoke services in Vietnam?
Based on Article 7 đá bóng trực tiếpDecree 54/2019/ND-CPonthe responsibilities đá bóng trực tiếp enterprises or business households when engaging in karaoke services:
- Comply with labor laws regarding workers as prescribed by law. Provide uniforms and name badges for workers.
- Ensure adequate conditions for soundproofing and sound leakage outside the singing room or dance hall suitable with the National Technical Standards on noise.
- Adhere to regulations on alcohol business.
- Comply with laws on preventing the harmful effects đá bóng trực tiếp tobacco.
- Comply with laws on environmental protection; food safety and hygiene; copyright; labor contracts; labor safety; insurance; prevention đá bóng trực tiếp social evils, and other relevant laws.
- Ensure compliance with regulations on fire safety for buildings and constructions; fire safety for buildings and constructions; standards, technical regulations, regulations related to fire safety, force resistance for buildings and constructions, and fire prevention and fighting at karaoke service or dance hall business facilities.
- If organizing art performances, follow the regulations on performing arts activities.
- Not operate from 2 AM to 8 AM.
- Do not provide dance hall services to individuals under 18 years old.
- If having art performance programs, must comply with laws regarding performing arts.
