Article 12 of Decree 169/2016/ND-CP stipulates spending of proceeds from auction of retained goods, as follows:

c) Cost of inspection and valuation of goods;

dd) Costs relevant to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consignment, storage and sale of goods, including cost of material handling, storage and displacement of goods;

e) Payment of debts to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay retainer;

g) Other relevant expenses.

3. If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proceeds from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay auction of retained goods is not sufficient for paying lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sums specified in clause 1 of this Article, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carrier may request lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsible entities to pay for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deficit according to regulations.

3. If lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay claim for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay remainder is rejected by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carrier, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay claimant may initiate a lawsuit.

Thus, after 180 days from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay auction of goods in Vietnam, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carrier will pay lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proceeds from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay auction of goods retained at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay seaport to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget when no one requests to receive lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay money back.

What are responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consignee at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay seaport in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 15 of Decree 169/2016/ND-CP regulating responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consignee of goods stored at seaports, specifically as follows:

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay consignee shall pay all lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expenses and loss incurred during lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay retention; must not claim lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goods when lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay auction of goods has been finished according to this Decree and other relevant regulations pertaining to property auction.
