On November 15, 2024, the Minister of Health of Vietnam issuedCircular 33/2024/TT-BYTregulating milk, functional foods, đá bóng trực tiếp the economic-technical characteristics concerning milk đá bóng trực tiếp functional foods for children under 06 years of age subject to price stabilization đá bóng trực tiếp price declaration.

According to Article 2 ofCircular 33/2024/TT-BYT, milk đá bóng trực tiếp functional foods for children under 06 years of age are subject to price stabilization đá bóng trực tiếp price declaration as follows:

[1]Milk for children under 06 years of age subject to price stabilization đá bóng trực tiếp price declaration, includes the following product classifications:

- Nutritional formulas for children up to 36 months of age according to the national technical standards issued by the Ministry of Health

- Milk đá bóng trực tiếp nutritional products containing animal milk in powder or liquid form announced for use by children under 06 years of age but not according to the national technical standards issued by the Ministry of Health or the relevant sector management ministry.

- Health protection food

- Medical nutritional food (also known as nutritional food for special medical purposes)

- Supplementary foods

- Foods used for special diet policies (not containing milk)

1. Product name (detailed name);

2. Product classification;

3. Product form (dosage form/use form);

4. Number of receipt for registration of product announcement or self-declaration number.

Which agency in Vietnamis responsible for organizing đá bóng trực tiếp implementing the reception of price declarations in accordance with the law on prices to ensure convenience for organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals in making declarations?

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 33/2024/TT-BYT, the organization for implementation is as follows:

Article 5. Organization of Implementation

1. The Provincial People's Committee is responsible for organizing the implementation of the reception of price declarations in accordance with the law on prices to ensure convenience for organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals in making declarations.

2. The Department of Food Safety under the Ministry of Health issues documents requesting the agency assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to receive price declarations to send declared prices to the Ministry of Health (via the Department of Food Safety) for assessing fluctuations in the market price level đá bóng trực tiếp compiling price stabilization reports.

3. Organizations or individuals announcing milk đá bóng trực tiếp functional foods for use by children under 06 years of age in the announcement dossier đá bóng trực tiếp on product labels (including products announced for use by various age groups, including those under 06 years of age) are responsible for sending written price declarations to the agency assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to receive price declarations in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 17, đá bóng trực tiếp Clause 2, Article 18 of Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024, of the Government of Vietnam detailing several articles of the Pricing Law.

4. The Department of Food Safety under the Ministry of Health takes the lead đá bóng trực tiếp cooperates with relevant units to guide implementation đá bóng trực tiếp organization pursuant to this Circular.

According to the above regulation, the Provincial People's Committee is responsible for organizing the implementation of the reception of price declarations in accordance with the law on prices to ensure convenience for organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals in making declarations.
