The procedure for registering the operation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay an Arbitration Center is stipulated in Article 8 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Decree 63/2011/ND-CP guiding the Law on Commercial Arbitration promulgated by the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Government trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam with the following content:

First, prepare one set trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay documents to submit to the Department trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Justice. Specifically, the registration dossier includes the following documents:

- Operational registration application;

- A certified copy trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Establishment License trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center; in case a copy is submitted, the original must be presented for comparison;

- A certified copy trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Charter trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center; in case a copy is submitted, the original must be presented for comparison;

Subsequently, within 15 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay receiving a valid dossier, the Department trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Justice is responsible for issuing the Operational Registration Certificate to the Arbitration Center.

Within 07 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay issuing the Operational Registration Certificate to the Arbitration Center, the Department trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Justice sends 01 copy trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Operational Registration Certificate to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Justice.

Furthermore, after being granted the Operational Registration Certificate, the Arbitration Center shall carry out the announcement trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay its establishment and the engraving trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay its seal in accordance with the law.

Specifically, the establishment announcement is stipulated as follows:

- Within 30 days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay being issued the Operational Registration Certificate, the Arbitration Center must publish in a central daily newspaper or local newspaper where it is registered for three consecutive issues regarding the following main contents:

+ Name and address trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the head office trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center;

+ Area trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay operation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center;

+ Operational Registration Certificate number, issuing authority, date, month, and year trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay issuance;

+ The commencement date trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center's operation.

- The Arbitration Center must post at its headquarters the above contents and the list trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Arbitrators trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the Arbitration Center.

Note: The Arbitration Center is allowed to operate from the date it is issued the Operational Registration Certificate.
