On October 22, 2024, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Government of Vietnam issuedDecree 135/2024/ND-CPregulating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp mechanisms and policies encouraging kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of self-produced, self-consumed solar power installed on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rooftops of constructions, including residential houses, office buildings, industrial parks, industrial clusters, export processing zones, high-tech zones, economic zones, production facilities, and business facilities, which are invested in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law in Vietnam.
Decree 135/2024/ND-CPtakes effect in Vietnamfrom October 22, 2024, and applies to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following subjects:
- Organizations and individuals managing or participating in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of rooftop solar power in Vietnam in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp form of self-production and self-consumption.
- Other related organizations and individuals.

What are principles for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power in Vietnam?
Based on Article 4 ofDecree 135/2024/ND-CP, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following principles of development are stipulated:
Article 4. Principles of Development
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power must ensure openness, transparency, and equality among kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects specified in this Decree.
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp activities of buying and selling surplus electricity (if any) from self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power shall be conducted in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of this Decree.
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp capacity of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power connected to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national grid in each locality must comply with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations of this Decree, except for self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power in districts and island communes with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp electric grid but not yet connected to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national grid.

Thus, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power in Vietnam is governed by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following principles:
[1]kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development must ensure openness, transparency, and equality.
[2]kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp activities of buying and selling surplus electricity (if any) must comply with regulations.
[3]kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp capacity connected to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national grid in each locality must comply with regulations, excluding areas with an existing grid that have not yet connected to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national grid.
[4]kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp construction must comply with current laws regarding investment, construction, land, environment, safety, and fire prevention and fighting before installing self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development must comply with laws on electrical safety, investment, construction, environment, and fire prevention and fighting.
[5]During kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investment and construction process, organizations and individuals must not use imported pre-used photovoltaic panels and devices converting direct current to alternating current.
[6]kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp operation of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power must ensure kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp safety of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp national power system, equally as with other renewable energy sources (solar power, wind power).
Which authority has thepower to issue kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp certificate of registration for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power in Vietnam?
Based on Article 9 ofDecree 135/2024/ND-CP, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authorities with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp jurisdiction to issue and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp conditions for issuing a certificate of registration for development are defined as follows:
Article 9. Authorities with Jurisdiction and Conditions for Issuing Development Registration Certificates
- Authorities with Jurisdiction for Issuing Certificates
kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Industry and Trade at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial level is responsible for receiving dossiers and issuing development registration certificates.
- Conditions for Issuing Development Registration Certificates
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration dossier for self-produced, self-consumed rooftop solar power is stipulated in Article 10 of this Decree;
b) Must meet kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisions in Clause 3 of this Article;
c) An agreement letter from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp local electric power unit.
