According to Article 9 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Law on Foreign Trade Management 2017, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 imposition of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prohibition of export or import:
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prohibition of export will be imposed if one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following conditions is satisfied:
a) Products to be exported related to national defense and security have not obtained xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 permission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority for export;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prohibition aims to protect relics, antiques and national precious objects in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law on cultural heritage;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prohibition of export is imposed according to international treaties to which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a signatory.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 prohibition of import will be imposed if one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following conditions is satisfied:
a) Products to be imported related to national defense and security have not obtained xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 permission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority for import;
b) Products damage xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 health and safety of customers;

1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Industry and Trade shall decide xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 suspension of export or import according to opinions or requests of relevant Ministries and ministerial authorities and take xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 responsibility for their decisions unless there are other regulations in law on veterinary medicine, plant protection and phytosanitary measures.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Industry and Trade shall notify relevant international business entities and countries according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agreed procedures if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision on suspension of export or import prescribed in Clause 1 of this Article is issued.
