- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business processing components include: High-Value Payment Component, Foreign Currency Payment Component, Low-Value Payment Component, Payment Account Processing and Data Checking and Reconciliation Component.

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay High-Value Payment Component performs real-time settlement for payment orders in Vietnamese dong using high-value payment services.

What are types of electronic signatures participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System in Vietnam?

According to Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 08/2024/TT-NHNN on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuance, management, and use of electronic signature certificates, electronic signatures participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System are as follows:

Issuance, management, and use of electronic signature certificates and electronic signatures participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System.

1. Electronic signatures are divided into 3 types:

a) Electronic signature of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initiator of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction order.

b) Electronic signature of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controller of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction order.

c) Electronic signature of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approver of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction order.

2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay delegation of authority for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initiator, controller, and approver of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction order at members and member units shall be determined by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authorized person of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay unit, ensuring lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay independence of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initiator from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controller and approver.

3. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Bank of Vietnam issues electronic signature certificates for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approver and electronic signature certificates for connection authentication (connection certificates) between lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay software installed at member units and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Processing Center.

4. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuance, management, and use of electronic signature certificates for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay approver and connection certificates for participation in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System shall be carried out in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Bank of Vietnam.

Therefore, electronic signatures participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System are divided into three types:

- Electronic signature of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction initiator.

- Electronic signature of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction controller.

According to Clause 1 Article 12  of Circular 08/2024/TT-NHNN, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay process of creating a payment order from paper documents in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Interbank Electronic Payment System in 2024 is as follows:

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay initiator of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction order performs lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following steps to initiate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment order:

Step 1: Verify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay validity and legality of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customer's payment transaction documents.

Step 2: Determine and classify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment order for processing.

Step 3: Reconcile and verify lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customer's account balance.

Step 4: Enter lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following basic information:

- Initiating unit (name, bank code), amount, name, address, account number (if any), identification number or personal identification number or passport number of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay ordering party or enterprise code (for ordering party as an enterprise).
