What are cases of revocation of licenses of credit institutions in Vietnam?

Article 36. Revocation of License

1. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Bank revokes vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issued License in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay License contains fraudulent information to meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for being granted a License;

b) vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay credit institution is divided, merged, consolidated, dissolved, bankrupt, or changes its legal form;

Based on Article 31 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Credit Institutions 2024, which stipulates vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for issuance of license in Vietnam:

Article 31. Deadline for issuance of license

1. Within 180 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a complete dossier, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Bank issues or refuses to issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay License for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment and operation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay credit institution, License for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign bank branches.

2. Within 60 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a complete dossier, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State Bank issues or refuses to issue vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay License for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay establishment of foreign representative offices.
