06 Grounds for Prosecution đá bóng trực tiếp a Criminal Case

Regarding this matter, Article 143 đá bóng trực tiếp the Criminal Procedure Code 2015 provides as follows:

- Reports from individuals;

- Information reported by agencies, organizations, individuals;

- Information reported in mass media;

- Recommendations for prosecution from state agencies;

- Voluntary confessions by the perpetrator.

= Thus, according to this provision, after one or more đá bóng trực tiếp the aforementioned grounds are discovered, the competent authority shall proceed with initiating a criminal case.
