2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time limit for appeal against a first-instance court’s rulings is 07 days and commences when trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro person entitled to appeal receives such rulings.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro entry date of an appeal is determined as follows:

Results of appeals or protests

Parts of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Court's judgments and rulings being appealed shall not be enforced, unless otherwise defined in Article 363 of this Law. If an appeal is filed against trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro whole of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Court’s judgments or rulings, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro enforcement of all judgments or rulings shall be postponed, except for circumstances as defined in Article 363 of this Law.

Pursuant to Article 334 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Criminal Procedure Code in 2015 stipulating procedures for admission and processing of appeals:

Procedures for admission and processing of appeals

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first-instance court, after receiving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro written appeal or executing a written record of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro appeal, must enter details into a receipt journal and verify trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro validity of such appeal according to this Law.

2. If trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro written appeal is valid, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first-instance Court shall send a notice of appeal according to Article 338 of this Law;

4. 5. If trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro petitioner does not have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro right to appeal, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Court shall return trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro petition, in 03 days upon trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro receipt of such paper, and notice trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro petitioner and equivalent Procuracy in writing. Such written notice must specify reasons for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro return of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro petition.
