Conditions and criteria for wounded soldiers and policy beneficiaries such as wounded soldiers
1. Injured officers, professional military personnel, non-commissioned officers and soldiers in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Army and injured officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Police with a bodily injury rate of 21% or higher shall be recognized as wounded soldiers by competent authorities or units, issued with "wounded soldier certificate" and "wounded soldier badge" when falling into one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a/ Fight or directly serve in combat to protect independence, sovereignty, territorial integrity and national security;
b/ Perform defense and security tasks in enemy-occupied areas, hostilities and areas adjacent to enemy-occupied areas;
c/ Direct political struggle and organized military struggle with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enemy;
d/ Be captured or tortured by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enemy still refuses to submit, resolutely struggles but leaves physical injuries;
e/ Perform international obligations;
f/ Bravely do urgent and dangerous jobs in service of national defense and security;
g/ Directly conduct combat training, drills or national defense and security services of dangerous nature;
h/ Suffer an accident while directly performing defense and security tasks in border, sea or island areas meeting with extremely difficult conditions according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay list prescribed by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government;
i/ Directly perform vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay task of fighting crime;
k/ Be especially brave in saving people, saving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay property of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People, or preventing and arresting persons committing criminal acts, serving as an example of honor, education and wide spread in society.
2. Persons who are not injured officers, professional military personnel, non-commissioned officers and soldiers in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Army and injured officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Police with a bodily injury rate of 21% or higher in one of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be considered for recognizing as policy beneficiaries such as wounded soldiers by competent authorities or units and issued with "Certificates of policy beneficiaries such as wounded soldiers".
3. Class B wounded soldiers mean injured military personnel or people's police officers who have a bodily injury rate of 21% or higher during training or work recognized by competent authorities or units before December 31, 1993.

"Article 3. Beneficiaries
1. People with meritorious services to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution include:
a/ Revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945;
(b) Revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to August 1, 1945;
c) Martyrs;
d) Heroic Vietnamese mothers;
dd) Heroes of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Armed Forces;
e) Hero of Labor during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay resistance period;
g) Wounded soldiers, including class B wounded soldiers recognized before December 31, 1993; policy beneficiaries such as wounded soldiers;
h) Sick soldiers;
i/ Resistance activists contaminated with chemical toxins;
k) Persons engaged in revolution, resistance, national defense and international obligations that are imprisoned or exiled by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enemy;
l) Resistance activists for national liberation, national defense and international obligations;
m) Persons with meritorious services to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution.
2. Relatives of people with meritorious services to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution include natural fathers, natural mothers, spouses, children (biological children, adopted children), persons with meritorious services to martyr raising."
Thus, class B wounded soldiers recognizedbefore December 31, 1993are entitled to preferential policies for people with meritorious service to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revolution.
