Article 112. Holiday

1. Employees are entitled to holiday leave with full salary on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái following holidays:

a) New Year's Day: 1 day (January 1, Gregorian calendar);

b) Lunar New Year: 5 days;

c) Victory Day: 1 day (April 30, Gregorian calendar);

dd) National Day: 2 days (September 2, Gregorian calendar and 1 contiguous day before or after);

e) Hung Kings Commemoration Day: 1 day (March 10, lunar calendar).

How many annual leave days do employees in regular working conditions in Vietnamhave?

Based on Article 113 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiLabor Code 2019regulating annual leave:

Article 113. Annual Leave

1. Employees who have worked for an employer for 12 months are entitled to annual leave with full salary according to their labor contract as follows:

a) 12 working days for those in regular working conditions;

b) 14 working days for juvenile employees, employees with disabilities, or those in arduous, toxic, or hazardous jobs;

c) 16 working days for those in particularly arduous, toxic, or hazardous jobs.

2. Employees who have not worked for 12 months for an employer are entitled to annual leave proportionate to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái number of months worked.

3. In cases of termination or job loss where annual leave has not been taken, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái employer shall pay xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái employee for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái unused leave days.
