Pursuant to Article 8 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayLaw on Marriage and Family 2014regulating marriage conditions:

Article 8. Conditions for Marriage

1. A man and a woman may marry each other if they meet trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following conditions:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay male is full 20 years or older, and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay female is full 18 years or older;

c) They do not lose civil act capacity;

d) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay marriage does not fall under one of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay cases in which marriage is prohibited as specified at Points a, b, c and d, Clause 2, Article 5 of this Law.

- A person who is married, marries or cohabitates like husband and wife with another, or a person who is not married, marries or cohabitates like husband and wife with a person who is married

- Marriage or cohabitation like husband and wife between persons of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same direct blood line; between persons of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay three-generation kinship; between adoptive parents and adopted children; between persons who were once adoptive parents and adopted children, between father-in-law and daughter-in-law, mother-in-law and son-in-law, stepfather and stepchild, stepmother and stepchild

Article 115. Private leave, unpaid leave

1. An employee is entitled to take private leave with full pay and must notify trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay employer in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following cases:

a) Marriage: 03 days off;

b) Biological child, adopted child marriage: 01 day off;

c) Biological father, biological mother, adoptive father, adoptive mother; or biological father, biological mother, adoptive father or adoptive mother of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay spouse; spouse; biological child or adopted child dies: 03 days off.

2. An employee can take 01 day of unpaid leave and must notify trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay employer when a paternal or maternal grandparent, a sibling by blood dies; biological father or mother remarries; sibling by blood marries.

3. In addition to provisions in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay employee may agree with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay employer on unpaid leave.
