According to Article 50 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Social Insurance Law 2024, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulation on subjects and conditions entitled to maternity benefits is as follows:
Article 50. Subjects and conditions entitled to maternity benefits
- Individuals specified in points a, b, c, d, i, k, l, m and n of Clause 1 and Clause 2 of Article 2 of this Law are entitled to maternity benefits in one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases:
a) Femaleemployees who are pregnant;
b) Femaleemployees who give birth;
c) Femaleemployees who are surrogate mothers;
d) Femaleemployees who utilize surrogacy;

g) Maleemployees participating in compulsory social insurance with wives giving birth, or having a wife surrogate.

- Enterprise managers, supervisors, representatives of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 state's capital share, representatives of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise's capital share according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law; members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Board of Directors, General Directors, Directors, members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Supervisory Board, or supervisors and other management positions elected by cooperatives, joint cooperatives according to regulations
- Non-specialized personnel at communal, village, and neighborhood levels
