Article 87. Authority to issue enforcement decisions

Subjects subject to enforcement by account deduction are organizations and individuals that do not voluntarily comply with penalty decisions, remedial decisions, do not pay or pay insufficient enforcement costs and have deposits at credit institutions in Vietnam.

What measures are available to enforce compliance with administrative penalty decisions in Vietnam?

According to Article 86 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayLaw on Handling Administrative Violations 2012(amended by Clause 43, Article 1 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayAmended Law on Handling Administrative Violations 2020), trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay enforcement of administrative penalty decisions is provided as follows:

Article 86. Enforcement of administrative penalty decisions

1. Enforcement of administrative penalty decisions is applied in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following cases:

a) Individuals or organizations sanctioned for administrative violations do not voluntarily comply with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay penalty decisions as provided in Article 73 of this Law;

b) Individuals or organizations committing administrative violations do not voluntarily reimburse costs to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agency implementing remedial measures as provided in Clause 5, Article 85 of this Law.

d) Compulsion to implement remedial measures as provided in Clause 1, Article 28 of this Law.

+ Compulsion to restore trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay original state

+ Compulsion to dismantle works, parts of construction works without a permit or constructed not in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay permit

+ Compulsion to implement measures to remedy environmental pollution, epidemic spread

+ Compulsion to destroy goods, items harmful to human health, animals, plants, and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay environment, cultural products with harmful content

+ Compulsion to correct false or misleading information

+ Compulsion to remove violations on goods, packaging, business means, items

+ Compulsion to recall products, goods of poor quality
