Circular 65/2024/TT-BCA regulating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examination of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay restoration of driver license points in Vietnam
On November 12, 2024, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issuedThông tư 65/2024/TT-BCAregulating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examination of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety for individuals whose driver licenses have been deducted of all points for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay restoration of their license points.
Article 3 ofCircular 65/2024/TT-BCAstipulates that individuals eligible to participate in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal knowledge examination on road traffic order and safety are those whose driver licenses have been deducted of all points.
Thông tư 65/2024/TT-BCAtakes effect from January 1, 2025.

Methods for examining legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay restoration of driver license points in Vietnam
According to Article 6 ofCircular 65/2024/TT-BCAonthe content, method, time, structure of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test, and required test outcomes:
Article 6. Content, method, time, structure of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay test, required test outcomes
- Test content includes:
a) Theoretical examination of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety, which is conducted according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay theoretical examination questions for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay issuance of a driver license as prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Transport (hereinafter briefly referred to as theoretical legal knowledge examination);
b) Examination of legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety through simulations of traffic situations on a computer as prescribed by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Transport (hereinafter briefly referred to as legal knowledge examination through simulation).
- Examination method:
a) For theoretical legal knowledge examination, participants perform multiple-choice tests on a computer using vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay software for examining legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety;
b) For legal knowledge examination through simulation, participants handle traffic situations through simulation on a computer.

- For theoretical legal knowledge examination, participants perform multiple-choice tests on a computer using vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay software for examining legal knowledge on road traffic order and safety.
- For legal knowledge examination through simulation, participants handle traffic situations through simulation on a computer.
How many points does a driver licensein Vietnam have?
According to Article 58 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024onthe points for a driver license:
Article 58. Points for a driver license
- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay points of a driver license are used to manage vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compliance with laws on road traffic order and safety by drivers on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay road traffic safety data system, comprising 12 points. Each point deduction for legal violations on road traffic order and safety depends on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nature and severity of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violation. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay data about points deducted from a violating driver’s license will be updated to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay database system as soon as vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay penalty decision becomes effective and is notified to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay driver who has points deducted from their license.
- A driver license that has not been deducted of all points and has not had points deducted within 12 months from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last point deduction will be restored to full 12 points.
- In case vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay driver license has been deducted of all points, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual holding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay driver license is not permitted to operate vehicles on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay road according to that license. After at least six months from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of full point deduction, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual holding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay driver license may participate in a content examination on legal knowledge of road traffic order and safety as prescribed in Clause 7 Article 61 of this Law organized by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Traffic Police force. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay examination results meet vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay full 12 points are restored.
