Based on Point a, Clause 3, Article 6 ofDecree 168/2024/ND-CPonpenalties and the deduction of driving points for operators of automobiles, four-wheeled motor vehicles, four-wheeled freight vehicles, and similar vehicles violating road traffic regulations:
Article 6. Penalizing and deducting driving points for operators of automobiles, four-wheeled motor vehicles, four-wheeled freight vehicles, and similar vehicles violating road traffic regulations

- A fine ranging from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND shall be imposed on operators committing any of the following violations:
a) Operating a vehicle exceeding the regulated speed by 05 km/h to less than 10 km/h;

According to the above regulation, operators of automobiles exceeding the speed limit by 05 km/h to less than 10 km/h shall be fined from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.

a) Issue warnings;
b) Impose fines up to 75,000,000 VND;

- Exploiting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay abusing road traffic order and safety maintenance duties to violate laws, harass, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay infringe on state interests, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals.
