Article 77. Maintenance of road traffic order and safety regarding đá bóng trực tiếp temporary use of roadbeds and sidewalks for other purposes

1. đá bóng trực tiếp roadbed is used for traffic purposes; đá bóng trực tiếp sidewalk is used for pedestrians. In cases where temporary use of đá bóng trực tiếp roadbed or sidewalk is necessary for political events, cultural, sports activities, or other purposes, organizations, or individuals must have a plan for temporary use and be authorized by competent authorities; đá bóng trực tiếp permitting authority must immediately notify đá bóng trực tiếp Traffic Police.

2. Organizations or individuals temporarily using roadbeds or sidewalks must use them for đá bóng trực tiếp purpose allowed by đá bóng trực tiếp competent authority; comply with đá bóng trực tiếp Traffic Police requirements; must not cause disorder and endanger road traffic safety; must restore đá bóng trực tiếp original condition of đá bóng trực tiếp roadbed or sidewalk after use.
