Pursuant to Section I, Article 1 of the Decision 1445/QĐ-TTg in 2022 stipulating objectives of the Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

The Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 (hereinafter referred to as “Action program”) is aimed at elaborating on the primary tasks trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay solutions set out in the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 493/QD-TTg dated April 19, 2022 approving the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 with a view to achieving the following objectives: ensure sustainable development of export trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay import in a balanced trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay harmonious structure; bring more competitive trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay comparative advantages; develop the brand name of Vietnamese goods; expand into new trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay potential markets trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay fields; improve the country's position in the global value chain trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay supply chain.

What are responsibilities of the Ministry of Agriculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Rural Development regarding enhancing sustainable production in Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Point 1.a, Section II, Article 1 of the Decision 1445/QĐ-TTg in 2022 stipulating responsibilities of the Ministry of Agriculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Rural Development regarding enhancing sustainable production in Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

The Ministry of Agriculture trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Rural Development of Vietnam shall play the leading role trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay cooperate with relevant Ministries, regulatory authorities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provincial People’s Committees in:

- Implementing the agricultural restructuring plan in association with digital transformation, development of digital economy, green, clean trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay sustainable production; combining tourism trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay cuisine development with export of agricultural trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay aquatic products.

- Strengthening linkages trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay promoting the role of farmers' organizations (e.g. agricultural artels trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay cooperatives) in the development of value chains involving bringing products from production, procurement, preservation, processing to market access, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay ensuring the harmony of interests between the stages of production, processing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay export of agricultural products.

- Promoting research trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay development of new varieties, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay applying biotechnology to plant breeding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay postharvest treatment so as to create new trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay specific varieties as well as special values of agricultural products, thus gaining distinct export advantages over competitors.

What are responsibilities of the Ministry of Industry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade regarding enhancing sustainable production in Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Point 1.b, Section II, Article 1 of the Decision 1445/QĐ-TTg in 2022 stipulating responsibilities of the Ministry of Industry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade regarding enhancing sustainable production in Action program for implementation of the Strategy for merchandise exports trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay imports by 2030 in Vietnam as follows:

The Ministry of Industry trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade of Vietnam shall play the leading role trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay cooperate with relevant Ministries, regulatory authorities trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provincial People’s Committees in:

- Implementing the plan for restructuring of industries in association with digital transformation, especially in the processing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay manufacturing industries, aiming to create a breakthrough trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay a new impetus for the production trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay export growth.

- Promulgating mechanisms trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policies for establishment of material production trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay supply centers to serve enterprises that produce goods for export, especially in certain export fields such as agricultural, aquatic, textile trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay garment, leather trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay footwear, sawmill, plastic, electronic trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay mechanical products.

- Disseminating information trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay promoting the application of cleaner production with a view to saving power energy, water, supplies, saving trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay taking advantage of materials, reducing loss of supplies trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay materials as well as managing good trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay safe industrial production. Encouraging investment in research trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay application of eco-friendly production processes trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay methods, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay adoption of measures for reduction trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay treatment of environmental pollution in industrial production.

- Formulating trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay revising policies on sustainable eco-industrial clusters; applying the circular economic model to construction, operation trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay management of industrial clusters.

- Identifying specific types of products with high export potential. Formulating trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay promulgating mechanisms trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policies for enhanced production of exports with growth potential in the future such as eco-friendly products, electronics, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay technical textile trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay garment products, etc.
