Guidelines for fee and charge payment regarding fees for registering use of .vn national domains in Vietnam from May 3, 2025

On March 19, 2025, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Finance of Vietnam promulgated Circular No.Thông tư 10/2025/TT-BTCon fees for maintaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of Internet resources and fees for Internet resource distribution and supply, collection, payment, management, and use thereof, which stipulates kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for registering kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn national domain names.

According to Circular No.Thông tư 10/2025/TT-BTC, regarding fees for registering and maintaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn national domain names, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp declaration and payment of fees and charges shall be as follows:

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for registering kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn national domain names shall be paid once during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration.  kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for maintaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn domain names shall be paid annually (12 months: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees shall be paid for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first time during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registration and in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following years when kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp domain names are due for maintenance.

- In case of transferring use rights of .vn domain names, receiving organizations and individuals shall pay:

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for registering kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn national domain names after re-registering kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp domain names as per regulation.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for maintaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn domain names for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following years when kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp paid periods of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transferred domain names expire.

- In case of changing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp names of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp registrants for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn domain names, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp new registrants shall pay kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fees for maintaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of .vn national domain names for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following years when kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp paid periods of domain names expire.

- From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp effective date of Circular No.Thông tư 10/2025/TT-BTCuntil kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of December 31, 2025:

Vietnamese citizens from 18 to 23 years old who register for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp use of “id.vn” shall pay fees from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third year onwards.

Enterprises (with enterprise registration certificates within 1 year (12 months) until kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp domain name registration) and household businesses (with household business registration certificates) that register “biz.vn” domain names shall pay fees from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third year onwards.

kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp charge time shall start from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp first day of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third year from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp issuance date of domain names.  This regulation only applies to 1 domain name subject to first-time registration.

Vietnam’s plan to prepare and organize high school graduation exam 2025

On March 24, 2025, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam promulgated Official Dispatch No.Công văn 1239/BGDĐT-QLCL​on guidelines on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation exam in 2025.

According to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp plan to prepare and organize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation exam 2025 prescribed in Appendix I enclosed with Official Dispatch No.Công văn 1239/BGDĐT-QLCL​dated March 24, 2025, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schedule during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp preparation and organization of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation exam 2025 is as follows:

- Establishing and assigning accounts to candidates who are 12th-grade students of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2024-2025 academic year: from April 10 to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of April 15, 2025;

- Organizing a mock online registration of exam participation for 12th-grade students on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam management system: from April 15 to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of April 18, 2025;

- Organizing online registration of exam participation and graduation recognition for candidates; inputting sheets for exam participation registration and graduation recognition registration for candidates applying in person: from April 21 to 17:00 April 28, 2025;

- Reviewing, inspecting, and editing candidates’ information (if any) and reviewing candidates’ reserved points (if any): from April 28 to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of May 9, 2025;

- Announcing exam results: 8:00 July 16, 2025;

- Assessing high school graduation recognition: by July 18, 2025;

- Updating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp results of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation recognition to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exam management system and submitting reports on such results to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam; announcing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp results of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp high school graduation exam: by July 20, 2025;

- Issuing temporary graduation certificates; returning school books and relevant certificates (original copies) to candidates: by July 22, 2025;

- Printing and sending exam result certificates to students: by July 22, 2025;

- Collecting and receiving applications for remarking and formulating a remarking list: from July 16 until kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp end of July 25, 2025;

- Transferring remarking data to exam councils: by July 26, 2025;

- Carrying out kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp remarking (if any): by August 3, 2025;

- Assessing high school graduation recognition after remarking: by August 8, 2025; etc.

CPV members to not be disciplined when having third child from March 20, 2025

On March 20, 2025, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Inspection Commission of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp CPV Central Committee promulgated Guidance No.trực tiếp bóngon amendments to Guidance No.Hướng dẫn 05-HD/UBKTTWdated November 22, 2022 on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp implementation of several articles of Regulation No.69-QD/TWdated July 6, 2022 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Politburo of Vietnam on disciplinary actions for violating CPV organizations and members.

According to Guidance No.trực tiếp bóng, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Inspection Commission of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp CPV Central Committee has amended kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations on disciplinary actions for CPV members violating population policies as follows:

- Annulment of Points 8.1 and 8.2 Section II of Guidance No.Hướng dẫn 05-HD/UBKTTW, specifically:

- Violations committed because kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp implementation of family planning measures affects maternity health (confirmed by district-level hospitals and equivalents or higher) shall be considered for reduction of disciplinary level.

+ Violations committed due to failure to implement family planning measures (deliberately or forced) shall be considered for an increase in disciplinary level.

Additionally, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Inspection Commission of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp CPV Central Committee has added regulations on not imposing disciplinary actions on CPV members having a third child as follows:

Acts prescribed in Clause 2 Article 1 of Ordinance No.08/2008/PL-UBTVQH12on amendments to Article 10 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếpPopulation Ordinance 2003shall not be considered for handling.

Vietnam to increase lodging allowances for officials on work trips from May 4, 2025

On March 19, 2025, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Finance of Vietnam promulgated Circular No.Thông tư 12/2025/TT-BTCon amendments to Circular No.Thông tư 40/2017/TT-BTCon work-trip fees and conference expenditures.

According to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Circular, regulations on lodging allowances are amended as follows:

- Lodging allowances refer to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp amounts paid by agencies or units to their personnel on work trips in addition to their salaries for a period from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date such personnel begin until they finish their work trips and return to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agencies or units (including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time of traveling and lodging at work-trip destinations). kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lodging allowance payable to a person on a work trip is 300.000 VND/day.

- Regarding a work trip that lasts within a day, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agency or unit shall decide on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp level of lodging allowances based on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp actual number of hours of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp work trip (including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp traveling time) and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp distance of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp work trip, which must be included in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp internal regulations on expenditures of such agency or unit.

- Officials, public employees, and employees working on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp mainland who are sent on work trips at sea or on islands shall be entitled to a lodging allowance of 400.000 VND/person/day of actual work trip (applicable to days of working at sea or on islands and days of traveling at sea or on islands).

In specific sectors for which allowances for work trips at sea or on islands have been stipulated by competent authorities, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp highest allowance level (lodging allowances or work trip allowances) may be applied to payment to persons on work trips.

Previously, according to Article 6 of Circular No.Thông tư 40/2017/TT-BTC, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lodging allowance for a person on a work trip was 200.000 VND/day/

Officials, public employees, and employees working on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp mainland who are sent on work trips at sea or on islands were entitled to a lodging allowance of 250.000 VND/person/day of actual work trip (applicable to days of working at sea or on islands and days of traveling at sea or on islands).
