10. Refer and transfer patients to other medical establishments capable of dealing with a patient's clinical condition and needs if:

a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment concludes that kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient case goes beyond its professional competence or lies outside of its scope of operation.

b) such referral or transfer is demanded by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient or his/her representative, and approved by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical practitioner who directly treat kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient, or by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp clinical shift worker;

c) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment referring or transferring kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient is subject to temporary suspension or termination of its operation, or revocation of its operating license;

d) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment referring or transferring kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient faces a force majeure situation to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp extent of being unable to continue kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp receipt and treatment of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient needing medical care.

11. Participate in preventive healthcare activities as prescribed by law.

12. Buy medical professional liability insurance in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Government's regulations.

Thus, patients shall be transferred to other medical establishments capable of dealing with a patient's clinical condition and needs if:

- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment concludes that kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient case goes beyond its professional competence or lies outside of its scope of operation.

- such referral or transfer is demanded by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient or his/her representative, and approved by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical practitioner who directly treat kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient, or by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp clinical shift worker;

Therefore, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient or his/her representative demand a transfer, which is approved by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical practitioner who directly treat kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient, or by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp clinical shift worker, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment shall transfer kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient to another medical establishment.

A medical establishment shall transfer a patient to another medical establishment when there is a demand of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient. However, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical practitioner who directly treat kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient, or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp clinical shift worker does not approve, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical establishment shall not transfer patients to other medical establishments.

1. Regarding public medical facilities: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp person authorized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Head of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility is in charge of signing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp slip of transfer.

2. Regarding public medical facilities: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp person in charge of professional skills of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp person authorized by him/her is in charge of signing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp slip of transfer.

3. In a shift, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp leader of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp team is in charge of signing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp slip of transfer.

Pursuant to Article 8 ofCircular 14/2014/TT-BYTand Clause 7, Article 147 ofDecree 96/2023/ND-CPon kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transport of patients during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transfer of patient:

1. For emergency cases: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility shall prepare for transport of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient as follows:

a) Ambulances or other suitable vehicles;

b) Medical equipment, emergency medicines for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient (if any) during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transport;

c) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical officials going with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient shall be doctors, physician assistants and/or midwives in charge of supervising kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp handling promptly kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp development of condition of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transport and transporting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient with conformable techniques according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp condition of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient.

2. For non-emergency cases:

Depending on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical condition of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp actual conditions, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility shall guide kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient or his/her legal representative to choose a suitable form and vehicle of transport.

Thus, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp regulations on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transport of patients for emergency cases and non-emergency cases during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp transfer of patient are as follows:

- For emergency cases: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp medical facility shall prepare for transport of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp patient as follows:

+ Ambulances or other suitable vehicles;
