A primary school teacher can register for consideration for promotion to the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade II primary school teacher (code V.07.03.28) when they meet the following conditions and criteria:
- Currently holding the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade III primary school teacher(code V.07.03.29).
- During the period trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro holding the professional title trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Grade III primary school teacherorequivalent, having 03 working years preceding the year trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro consideration for promotion to the higher professional title with the quality graded as good completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro tasks or higher; being good in political qualities and professional ethics; failing to be within the time limit for disciplinary action and the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulations related to discipline in accordance with the CPV's regulations and the law.

As stipulated in Article 72 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theEducation Law 2019, the standardized educational qualificationsarespecifically regulated as follows:
Standardized educational qualifications trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers
1. Standardized educational qualifications trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers are regulated as follows:
a) Teachers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education teachers must possess at least a pedagogical college diploma;
b) Teachers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro primary education, lower secondary education and upper secondary education must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy training.
In case a subject is yet to acquire enough teachers with bachelor’s degree in pedagogy training, teachers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this subject must possess a bachelor's degree trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro suitable specialization and a certificate trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro pedagogy training;
c) Lecturers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro higher education must possess a master’s degree; lecturers teaching or instructing master or doctor’s theses must possess a doctoral degree.
b) Standardized educational qualifications trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers working in institutions trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro vocational education shall follow regulations in the Law on Vocational education.
2. The Government shall specify road maps for improving standardized educational qualifications trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro preschool education, primary education and lower secondary education as prescribed in point a and point b trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro clause 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Article. Within the scope trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro their duties and authorities, the Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Education and Training and Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Labour - War Invalids and Social Affairs shall stipulate employment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers not meeting criteria prescribed in clause 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Article.
Thus, according to the above regulation, primary school teachers must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy training.
Does the State give polices to encourage teachers working in extremely disadvantaged areas in Vietnam?
Under Article 77 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theEducation Law 2019, policies for teachers are specified as follows:
Policies for teachers
1. The State shall elaborate policies trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro recruitment, employment, benefits, guaranteeing material and mental needs trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro teachers so as to enable them to fulfill their roles and duties.
2. Teachers working at specialized schools, schools for gifted students, boarding general education schools or day schools for ethnic minorities, pre-university schools, schools or classes for disabled and handicapped persons, reformatory schools or other special schools, teachers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro inclusive education shall receive allowances and other preferential policies.
3. The State shall issue incentive and preferential policies on allowances and other policies for teachers working in extremely disadvantaged areass.
4. The Government shall provide for this Article.
Thus, under the above regulation, the state encourages and provides favorable allowance policies and other incentives to teachersworking in extremely disadvantaged areas.
