Based on Article 8 of theEducation Law 2019, the educational program is regulated as follows:
Educational programmes
1. Educational programmes shall reflect the goals of education; set the standards for knowledge, skills, requirements on quality vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay capacity of learners; scope vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay structure of educational contents; methods vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay forms of organizing educational activities; evaluation methods of educational outcomes for each subject of every grade vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay level or for each subject, module, specialization of every training qualification.
2. Educational programmes must ensure the scientific vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay practical characteristics;inheritability vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transferability among different levels vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay different training qualifications; facilitate the classification of students vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay exchange between training qualifications, specializations vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational forms in the national educational system in order for localities vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational institutions to proactively implement suitable educational plans; satisfying the goal of gender equality vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay demands of international integration. Educational programmes are the basis of comprehensive education quality assurance.
3. Requirements on knowledge, skills vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay on dignity vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay capacity of learners defined in educational programmes must be concretized in textbooks used for general education, in syllabi vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching materials used for vocational education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education. Textbooks, syllabi vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay teaching materials must meet the requirements on educational methods.
4. Preschool education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general education shall run year-based programmes; vocational education vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay higher education may run year-based, module-based, credit-based programmes or combined programmes.
Study results of subjects or credits/modules accumulated by learners after pursuing an educational programme are considered for transferable values for respective subjects or credits/modules of other educational programmes when learners change their educational specializations/professions, forms of studies, or follow higher educational levels or qualifications.

The subjects vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educational activities in schools apply methods to actively engage students, where teachers play the role of organizers vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guides for student activities, create a friendly learning environment vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay problem situations to encourage students to actively participate in learning activities, self-discover their abilities vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay aspirations, cultivate habits vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay self-learning abilities, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay develop potential vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accumulated knowledge vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay skills.
Student learning activities include problem-exploring activities, practice activities, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application activities (applying what has been learned to identify vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay solve real-life problems), realized with the support of teaching equipment, especially computer tools vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay automated digital systems.
These learning activities are organized inside vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay outside the school campus through various forms such as theoretical lessons; practices, experiments, games, role-playing, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay research projects; participating in seminars, field trips, camps, reading books; group activities, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay community service activities.
Depending on the goals vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nature of the activity, students can be organized to work independently, work in groups, or work as a whole class but must ensure that each student is provided the opportunity to individually fulfill learning tasks vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay real-life experiences.
