c) For students who have been guided and assisted but still have not met the requirements to complete the class program, based on the extent of incompletion in subjects, educational activities, and the development of certain qualities and competencies, teachers will report to the principal to organize examination, re-assessment, and make decisions on whether the student will advance to the next class or not.

Students who complete the grade 5 program are confirmed and recorded in the Report Card: Completed the Primary Education Program.
