Pursuant to Article 7 ofDecree 146/2018/ND-CP,the health insurance contribution rates and responsibilities are as follows:
Health insurance contribution rates and responsibilities
- The monthly health insurance contribution rates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subjects are stipulated as follows:
a) Equivalent to 4.5% of the monthly salary of workers xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals specified in clause 1, Article 1 of this Decree.
- Workers on sick leave xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 14 days or more within a month as stipulated by social insurance law do not have to pay health insurance but still enjoy health insurance benefits;
- Workers temporarily detained, remanded, or temporarily suspended from work xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay investigation of legal violations have a monthly payment rate of 4.5% of 50% of their monthly salary. If competent authorities determine no legal violation, the workers must back-pay health insurance based on back-paid salary;
b) Equivalent to 4.5% of the monthly retirement or loss of working capacity allowance xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals specified in clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree;
c) Equivalent to 4.5% of the monthly salary of workers prior to maternity leave xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals specified in clause 5, Article 2 of this Decree;
d) Equivalent to 4.5% of unemployment benefits xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals specified in clause 6, Article 2 of this Decree;

The reduction in the health insurance contribution rate as per this point is implemented when family members participating in health insurance under the family scheme join within the same fiscal year.
