Based on Clause 1, Article 8 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT:
Salary Arrangement
1. Public employees appointed to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional titles of primary school teachers as stipulated in this Circular shall be applied vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay corresponding salary scale issued along with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government of Vietnam regarding wage policies for officials and public employees and armed forces. Specifically:
a) Grade III Primary School Teacher, code V.07.03.29, is applied vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary coefficient of public employees category A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
b) Grade II Primary School Teacher, code V.07.03.28, is applied vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary coefficient of public employees category A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.00 to salary coefficient 6.38;
c) Grade I Primary School Teacher, code V.07.03.27, is applied vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary coefficient of public employees category A2, group A2.1, from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78.

Salary = Basic Salary x Salary Coefficient

What are 03 sources of income for Grade 2 primary school teachers in Vietnam?
Based onDecree 73/2024/ND-CPincreasing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay statutory pay rate from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income of teachers who are being calculated based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary coefficient and statutory pay rate also increases accordingly. Specifically:
(1)Increased Basic Salary: Increasing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay statutory pay rate leads to an increase in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay basic salary. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay basic salary of teachers is calculated based on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay statutory pay rate of 2.34 million VND/month and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary coefficient in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Circulars regarding teachers' salary coefficients at different levels.
Thus, when increasing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay statutory pay rate by 30% from 1.8 million VND/month to 2.34 million VND/month, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary calculated by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay formula coefficient x statutory pay rate will also increase accordingly.
(2)Increased Allowances: Besides salary, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay allowances remain vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same as before. (3)Additional Bonuses: According to Subsection 2.2, Section 2 ofKết luận 83-KL/TW về cải cách, although vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay salary reform implementation is temporarily postponed, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Politburo still concluded that a bonus equivalent to 10% of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay total salary fund excluding allowances would be applied starting from July 1, 2024.

According to Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, Grade 2 primary school teachers have vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following duties:
- Developing lesson plans and educating students; participating in developing teaching and education plans for students in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay professional group according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goals and primary education program.
- Implementing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay general education program for primary education and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's education plan.
- Applying teaching and education methods aimed at developing students' qualities and competencies; participating in identifying and nurturing gifted students; engaging in applied pedagogy research and creating teaching aids and primary education teaching equipment.
- Completing all professional training and development courses as specified; self-studying and practicing to improve political, professional, and vocational skills; participating in professional activities as required; engaging in compulsory education, literacy eradication, and inclusive education.
- Coordinating with parents and social forces in educating students and providing primary student counseling.
- Performing other tasks assigned by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal.
