Proposal: Abolish Regulations on the Professional Training Program for Lecturers in Higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Institutions in Vietnam

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 1 of the Draft Circular on the Repeal of Certain Legal Documents Issued by the Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training Regarding Teachers and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Management Officials, the regulation on thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáifor lecturers in higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions is stipulated as follows:

Repeal of certain legal documents issued by the Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training regarding teachers and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials

Repeal all of the following legal documents:

1. Circular No. 12/2013/TT-BGDDT dated April 12, 2013, of the Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training on the issuance of the Pedagogical Training Program for lecturers in higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions.

The Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training has proposed to repealThông tư 12/2013/TT-BGDĐTon the Pedagogical Training Program for lecturers in higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions.

According to the regulation at Point c, Clause 1, Article 72 of thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law 2019:

Standard qualifications for teachers

1. The standard qualifications for teachers are stipulated as follows:

a) Possess a college degree in pedagogy or higher for preschool teachers;

b) Possess a bachelor's degree in teacher training or higher for elementary, middle, and high school teachers. In cases where there are not enough teachers with a bachelor's degree in teacher training for a subject, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a pedagogical training certificate is required;

c) Possess a master's degree for lecturers teaching at the university level; possess a doctoral degree for lecturers guiding master's theses and doctoral dissertations;

d) Standard qualifications for teachers teaching in vocational xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions are implemented according to the provisions of the Law on Vocational xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái.

According to this regulation, lecturers in higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions no longer require a pedagogical training certificate.

Therefore, the Ministry of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training has proposed to repeal the regulation on the Pedagogical Training Program for lecturers in higher xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái institutions.

What are regulations on training and upgrading teachers in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 73 of thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law 2019, regulations on the training and upgrading of teachers are as follows:

- The State has policies for training and upgrading to improve the political, professional, and technical qualifications of teachers; teachers assigned for training and upgrading are entitled to salaries and allowances as prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.

- Educational institutions are responsible for facilitating the training and upgrading of teachers to meet the standards as prescribed by law.

Which educational institutions in Vietnam are allowed totrain and develop teachers?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 74 of thexem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Law 2019, the institutions allowed to train and develop teachers are stipulated as follows:

Educational institutions allowed to train and develop teachers and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials

1. Educational institutions authorized to train and upgrade teachers include pedagogical schools, educational institutions with pedagogical departments, and educational institutions authorized to train and upgrade teachers.

2. Educational institutions authorized to train and upgrade xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials include pedagogical schools, universities with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management departments, and educational institutions authorized to train and upgrade xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials.

3. Pedagogical schools established by the State for training and upgrading teachers and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials are prioritized in recruiting, placing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management staff, investment in facilities, dormitories, and ensuring training funding. Pedagogical schools have practice schools or practice facilities.

4. The Minister of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái and Training and the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, within their assigned duties and powers, regulate the tasks of training and upgrading teachers, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials, and authorize educational institutions to train and upgrade teachers and xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái management officials.

Thus, the educational institutions allowed to train and develop teachers include:

- Pedagogical schools;

- Educational institutions with pedagogical departments;

- Educational institutions authorized to train and upgrade teachers.
