Salary arrangement
1. Specifically:
a) Grade III primary school teacher, code V.07.03.29, applies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary coefficient of public employee category A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to salary coefficient 4.98;
b)Grade II primary school teacher, code V.07.03.28, applies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.00 to salary coefficient 6.38;
c)Grade Iprimary school teacher, code V.07.03.27, applies bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp salary coefficient of public employee category A2, group A2.1, from salary coefficient 4.40 to salary coefficient 6.78.

Additionally, based on Article 3Decree No. 73/2024/ND-CP, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp statutory pay rate applied to primary school teachers who arepublic employees in public service providers is currently 2,340,000 VND/month.

(2)Regularly cultivate morality, uphold bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp spirit of responsibility, maintain bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality, honor, and prestige of educators; be a role model for students.
(3)Love, treat students fairly, respect them, protect their legitimate rights and interests; be united and supportive of colleagues.
(4)Strictly adhere to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp responsibilities and obligations of public employees and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp regulations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training on teacher ethics.

Under Article 4 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDTwhich has been amended, some contents have been repealed by Clauses 2, 3, and 12, Article 2 ofCircular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standards for appointing a primary school teacher to become a Grade II primary school teacher are as follows:
- Qualifications:
+ Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in pedagogy training for primary school teachers.
+ In cases where bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subject lacks teachers with a bachelor's degree in pedagogy training, teachers must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant majorand a pedagogical retraining certificate for primary school teachers according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp program issued by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training;
+ Hold a retraining certificate according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standards of professional titles for primary school teachers.
- Professional competence:
+ Master bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp policies, guidelines, and laws of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party of Vietnam, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State, regulations, and requirements of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp sector and locality related to primary education and effectively implement them in assigned tasks;
+ Effectively implement educational plans and programs; proactively and flexibly adjust teaching and educational plans in accordance with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp actual conditions of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school and locality;
+ Have bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp ability to flexibly apply and guide colleagues to apply and promptly update bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp requirements to innovate educational knowledge and students' psychological and emotional characteristics in practical education; be self-reliant, responsible for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implementation of professional duties (content, educational methods, student evaluation) and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp quality and effectiveness of education for each student under their charge;
+ Actively and proactively cooperate with colleagues, parents, and communities to enhance bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp educational effectiveness of students;
+ Apply bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results of scientific educational research into practical teaching and education; have bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp ability to evaluate or guide colleagues in producing scientific educational research from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school level upwards;
+ Have bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp ability to perform professional duties: participate in judging panels, inspections, and evaluations; develop and implement teaching topics;
+ Be capable of applying information technology in professional activities; be able to use a foreign language or ethnic minority language as required for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp job position;
+ Have been recognized as a grassroots-level emulation soldier; or have received a certificate of merit or diploma of merit from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district level upwards; or have been recognized in one of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following titles: excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school level upwards, excellent leader of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp district level upwards;
+ Public employees taking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam or consideration for rank promotion to Grade II primary school teacher (code V.07.03.28) must have held bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp professional title of Grade III primary school teacher (code V.07.03.29) or equivalent for at least 09 (nine) years (excluding probation period) by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp deadline for submitting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application for taking bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp exam or consideration for promotion.
