a) Organizing a self-criticism meeting;

b) Establishing a Disciplinary Council;

c) The competent authority issuing a disciplinary decision.

2. The provision at point a, clause 1 of this Article is not applied to:

b) Disciplinary action by decision of the competent authority specified at clause 4 Article 3 of this Decree or has organized self-criticism as per legal regulations and the individual has admitted responsibility for their violation.

3. The provisions at points a and b, clause 1 of this Article are not applied to:

a) An official conclusion by a competent authority on the violation, proposing a specific form of discipline;

b) Public employees who violate the law and are sentenced to imprisonment without suspension or convicted for corruption;

c) The decision for disciplinary action xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube the Party has been issued, unless the competent authority decides to establish the Disciplinary Council as per clause 6 Article 2 of this Decree.
