Based on Clause 1, Article 4 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, rank 2 primary school teachers must perform the following duties:

- Coordinate with students' parents and social forces vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay educating students, and provide counseling to elementary students.

- Perform other duties assigned by the principal.

- Act as a lecturer or provide illustration lessons vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training courses for elementary teachers or test new teaching models and methods at the school level and above.

What is the current minimum salary of a rank 2 primary school teacher?

Based on Clause 1, Article 8 ofCircular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT:

Salary Arrangement

1. Civil servants appointed to the professional titles of primary school teachers as stipulated vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay this Circular are subject to the corresponding salary table issued alongside Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam on wage policies for officials, public employees, and armed forces. Specifically:

a) Rank 3 primary school teachers, code V.07.03.29, are applied with the salary coefficient of public employees type A1, from salary coefficient 2.34 to 4.98;

b) Rank 2 primary school teachers, code V.07.03.28, are applied with the salary coefficient of public employees type A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.00 to 6.38;

c) Rank 1 primary school teachers, code V.07.03.27, are applied with the salary coefficient of public employees type A2, group A2.1, from salary coefficient 4.40 to 6.78.

2. The salary arrangement upon appointment to job title grades is guided by Clause 1, Section II of Circular No. 02/2007/TT-BNV dated May 25, 2007, of the Ministry of Home Affairs, which guides salary arrangement during grade promotion, grade transition, and type transition for officials and public employees, and as prescribed by current laws. When implementing new wage policies, the new salary arrangement complies with the Government of Vietnam's regulations.

According to the above regulation, rank 2 primary school teachers apply the salary coefficient of public employees type A2, group A2.2, from salary coefficient 4.00 to 6.38.

Additionally, currently, based on Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CPstipulating the statutory pay rate applicable to primary school teachers as public employees vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service providers, the current rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.

The lowest wage for rank 2 primary school teachers is 9,360,000 VND and the highest is 14,929,200 VND.
