+ In trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro case of children born after September 30: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro month trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro child turns 72 months old.

- For subjects specified in Clause 8, Article 3,Decree 146/2018/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of receiving social assistance as per trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro decision of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro district-level People's Committee.

- For subjects specified in Clause 9, Article 3, and subjects specified in Clause 1, Article 4,Decree 146/2018/ND-CPwhere trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget covers 100% of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance premiums, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date determined in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro approval decision by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent state authority.

- For subjects specified in Clause 10, Article 3,Decree 146/2018/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date determined in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro approval decision by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro competent state authority.

- For subjects specified in Clause 14, Article 3,Decree 146/2018/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid immediately after donating body parts.

- For subjects specified in Clause 3, Article 4,Decree 146/2018/ND-CP:

+ trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is issued annually for students of general education institutions, including:

- For final-year students of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro course: trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro card is valid until trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro end of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro month of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro graduation.

- For other subjects, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card is valid from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro participant pays trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance premium. For subjects specified in Clauses 4, 5, and 6,Decree 146/2018/ND-CPwho participate in health insurance for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro first time or do not participate continuously for 3 months or more in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro financial year, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card's validity period is 12 months from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card becomes valid as stipulated in Point c, Clause 3, Article 16 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Health Insurance Law.

Replacement of Health Insurance Cards

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card shall be replaced in case of loss.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro person who lost trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card must submit an application for a replacement card.

3. Within 7 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro date of receiving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro application for a replacement card, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance organization must issue a replacement card to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance participant. During trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro waiting period for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro replacement card, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance participant still enjoys health insurance benefits.

Thus, 1st grade students who lose their health insurance cards will be reissued a replacement; however, parents must submit an application for a replacement.

a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro card has expired;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro card is altered or erased;

c) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro person named on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro card does not continue participating in health insurance.

5. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance organization shall issue trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro form of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro health insurance card after obtaining trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro consensus of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Ministry of Health.

Thus, according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulations, if students do not participate in health insurance, it means that their health insurance card will no longer be valid.
