Based on Clause 1, Article 7 ofDecree 146/2018/ND-CPstipulating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp insurance premiums and responsibilities as follows:

Insurance premiums and responsibilities

1. Monthly health insurance premiums for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects are stipulated as follows:

a) Equal to 4.5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp monthly salary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp laborer for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects prescribed in Clause 1, Article 1 of this Decree.

- Laborers during their sick leave period of 14 days or more in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp month according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp law on social insurance are not required to pay health insurance but are still entitled to health insurance benefits;

- Laborers during their temporary detention, custody, or temporary suspension for investigation, review, and conclusion of whether or not there is a violation of the law, the monthly premium is 4.5% of 50% of the laborer's monthly salary. If the competent authority concludes that there is no violation of the law, the laborer must pay kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp on the salary amount recaptured;

b) Equal to 4.5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp retirement salary, loss-of-labor subsidies for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects prescribed in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree;

c) Equal to 4.5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp laborer's monthly salary before maternity leave for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects prescribed in Clause 5, Article 2 of this Decree;

d) Equal to 4.5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp unemployment subsidy for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subjects prescribed in Clause 6, Article 2 of this Decree;

đ) Equal to 4.5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp statutory pay rate for other subjects;

e) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp premium for the subjects prescribed in Article 5 of this Decree is as follows: The first person contributes 4.5% of the statutory pay rate; the second, third, fourth persons contribute 70%, 60%, and 50% respectively of the first person's premium; from the fifth person onwards, the premium is 40% of the first person's premium.
