What requirements must a grade 4 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp meet to be appointed as a grade 3 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp in Vietnam?

According to the provisions of Article 7Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT(amended by Clause 7 Article 2Circular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT):

Cases of appointment to the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp

1. Officials who have been appointed to professional titles of primary school teachers according to the provisions of the Joint Circular No. 21/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV are now appointed to the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp stipulated in this Circular as follows:

a) Appointed to the professional title of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp (code V.07.03.29) for grade IV primary school teachers (code V.07.03.09) who meet the training level standards of grade III primary school teachers (code V.07.03.29);

b) Appointed to the professional title of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp (code V.07.03.29) for grade III primary school teachers (code V.07.03.08) who meet the training level standards of grade III primary school teachers (code V.07.03.29);

c) Appointed to the professional title of grade II kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp (code V.07.03.28) for grade II primary school teachers (code V.07.03.07) who have a total time holding the professional title of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp (code V.07.03.08) and grade II (code V.07.03.07) or equivalent for 09 (nine) years or more (excluding the probationary period).

2. Grade II primary school teachers (code V.07.03.28) are appointed to the professional title of grade I kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp (code V.07.03.27) when identified as successful candidates in the exam or review for promotion to the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp from grade II to grade I.

Grade IV kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers who meet the training level standards of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers will be appointed to the professional title of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers.

The training level standards of grade III kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers are stipulated in Clause 3, Article 3Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDTamended by Clause 2, Article 2Circular 08/2023/TT-BGDDTas follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in an education-related field for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers.

In cases where there are not enough teachers with a bachelor's degree in the education-related field, teachers must have a bachelor's degree in a compatible discipline and a pedagogical training certificate for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers according to the program issued by the Minister of Education and Training;

- Possess a training certificate according to the professional title standards of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers.

What is the salary scale for grade IVprimary school teachers?

According to the provisions of Article 9Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT(amended by Clause 8 Article 2Circular 08/2023/TT-BGDDT):

Transition Clause

1. In the case of primary school teachers who do not meet the conditions for appointment to the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp stipulated in this Circular, they will continue to maintain their current rank, code, and salary coefficient according to the Joint Circular No. 21/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV. When they meet the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of this Circular, they will be appointed to the corresponding professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp without having to undergo an exam or review for promotion to the professional title.

2. In the case of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers who do not meet the training qualification standards stipulated in Article 72 of the 2019 Education Law but are not subject to the requirements to upgrade their training standards according to the provisions of Decree No. 71/2020/ND-CP dated June 30, 2020, of the Government of Vietnam stipulating the roadmap for upgrading the training qualifications of preschool, primary, and secondary school teachers, they will continue to maintain their current rank, code, and salary coefficient until retirement.

Thus, grade IV kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers will continue to maintain their grrade, code, and salary coefficients according toJoint Circular 21/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNV, which applies the salary coefficient for public employees type B (from salary coefficient 1.86 to 4.06) with 12 salary levels.

What are the principles for appointment to the professional title for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers in Vietnam?

According to the provisions of Article 6Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT, the principles for appointment to the professional title for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers are as follows:

- The appointment of professional titles for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers stipulated in this Circular must be based on the current job position and ensure they meet the standards of the professional title grade specified in Articles 3, 4, 5 and stipulated in Article 7Circular 02/2021/TT-BGDDT.

- When appointing teachers from the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp specified inJoint Circular 21/2015/TTLT-BGDDT-BNVto the professional title of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp specified inThông tư 02/2021/TT-BGDĐT, there should not be a combination of rank promotion in the professional title.

- Do not base on the training qualification to appoint to a higher professional title grade than the previously passed professional title for newly recruited kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp teachers.
