Thus,teachersare eligible for an early salary raise if they have not reached kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade in their rank or title, and in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp case where from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp retirement announcement to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp retirement date is less than 12 months to be eligible for a regular salary raise.

If they are at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade frame, they do not fall under categories eligible for an early salary raise upon retirement announcement.

Based on Point b, Clause 1, Article 2 ofCircular 08/2013/TT-BNV(supplemented by Clause 2, Article 1 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BNV):

Regular Salary Raise Policy

Those stipulated in Clause 1, Article 1 of this Circular, if they have not reached kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade in their rank (hereinafter referred to as kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rank), in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp title of public employee, expert title and professional specialization titles of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Judiciary, Procuracy (hereinafter referred to as kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp title) they currently hold, shall be considered for a regular salary raise upon meeting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time conditions of retaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rank or title and satisfying kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp criteria for regular salary raise stipulated in Clause 1 and Clause 2 of this Article during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rank retention period as follows:

1. Time conditions for retaining kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rank or title:

b) Cases counted towards kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time for regular salary raise consideration include:

- Time off work with full pay according to labor law regulations;

- Time of maternity leave policy as per social insurance law regulations;

- Accumulated sick leave period, occupational accident, and occupational disease periods with social insurance benefits totaling up to 6 months (within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rank retention period) as regulated by social insurance law;

- Time approved by competent authority to go as experts, study, practice, business, or survey within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp country or abroad (including time accompanying spouse under Government of Vietnam policies) while still on kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp payroll of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp agency, unit.

- Time officials, public employees, and workers serve in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp military per kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Military Service Law.

Thus, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp cases counted towards kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time for regular salary raise consideration forteachersare:

- Time off work with full pay as per labor law regulations;

What is kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp seniority allowance rate for teachers in Vietnam?

Based on Subsection 1.1, Section 3 ofCircular 04/2005/TT-BNV(supplemented by Clause 3, Article 2 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BNV) concerning kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp allowance rate and payment method:

ALLOWANCE RATE AND PAYMENT METHOD

1. Allowance rate:

1.1. Officials, public employees, and workers meeting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp time and criteria for seniority allowance as stipulated in points 1 and 2, Section II of this Circular are entitled to seniority allowance as follows:

a) Officials, public employees, and workers stipulated in item a, point 1.1 of Section II of this Circular, after 3 years (36 months) at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade in their rank or title, are entitled to a seniority allowance equal to 5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp salary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final grade in that rank or title; from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fourth year onward, an additional 1% annually for meeting seniority allowance criteria.

b) Officials, public employees, and workers stipulated in item b, point 1.1 of Section II of this Circular, after 2 years (24 months) at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade in their rank, are entitled to a seniority allowance equal to 5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp salary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final grade in that rank; from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third year onward, an additional 1% annually for meeting seniority allowance criteria.

Thus, according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp above regulations and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp salary arrangement for teachers stipulated inNghị định 204/2004/NĐ-CP, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp seniority allowance rate for teachers is determined as follows:

- University lecturers, secondary school teachers, high school teachers: receive 5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp salary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final grade in their rank or title if after 3 years (36 months) at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade, and from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fourth year onward, an additional 1% annually.

- Primary school teachers, kindergarten teachers: receive 5% of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp salary of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final grade in their rank after 2 years (24 months) at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp final salary grade in their rank. From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third year onward, an additional 1% annually.
