When does student health insurance in Vietnam expire?
Based on the provisions in Article 13 ofDecree 146/2018/ND-CP:
Validity period of health insurance cards
1. For the subjects specified in Clause 6, Article 2, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid from the first month of receiving unemployment benefits as stated in the decision on unemployment benefits issued by the competent state authority.
2. For the subjects specified in Clause 7, Article 3 of this Decree:
a) In the case of children born before September 30: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid until the end of September 30 of the year the child turns 6 years old (72 months);
b) In the case of children born after September 30: kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid until the end of the last day of the month the child turns 6 years old (72 months).
3. For the subjects specified in Clause 8, Article 3 of this Decree, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid from the date of receiving social support as determined in the decision of the District People's Committee.
4. For the subjects specified in Clause 9, Article 3, and the subjects specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of this Decree who receive 100% health insurance premiums from the state budget, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid from the date specified in the approval decision of the competent state authority.
5. For the subjects specified in Clause 10, Article 3 of this Decree, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid from the date specified in the approval decision of the competent state authority.
6. For the subjects specified in Clause 14, Article 3 of this Decree, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid immediately after donating body parts.
7. For the subjects specified in Clause 3, Article 4 of this Decree:
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is issued annually for students of educational institutions, in which:
- For Grade 1 students: The validity starts from October 1 of the first year of primary school;
- For Grade 12 students: The card is valid until the end of September 30 of that year.
b) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is issued annually for students of universities and vocational education institutions, in which:
- For first-year students: The card is valid from the date of enrollment, unless kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card from Grade 12 is still valid;
- For final-year students: The card is valid until the last day of the month the course ends.
8. For other subjects, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid from the date the participant pays kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp premium. In the case of initial or intermittent participation of 3 months or more in the financial year, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is valid for 12 months from the date the card is valid according to Point c, Clause 3, Article 16 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Law.
9. The validity of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card as stipulated in this Article corresponds to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp premium paid, except for children under 6 years old.
Depending on the subject, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card has different validity periods as prescribed above. To be specific:
- For Grade 1 students: The validity starts from October 1 of the first year of primary school;
- For Grade 12 students: The card is valid until the end of September 30 of that year.
- Other subjects have health insurance valid during the school year.

Is it permissible to submit a request letter when reissuing a lost health insurance card within the deadline in Vietnam?
Based on Article 18 of theHealth Insurance Law 2008(amended by Clause 12, Article 1 of theAmended Health Insurance Law 2014):
Reissuance of health insurance cards
1. Health insurance cards are reissued in case of loss.
2. The person who loses kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card must submit an application for reissuance.
3. Within 7 working days from the date of receiving the application for reissuance, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization must reissue the card to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp participant. During the waiting period for reissuance, participants are still entitled to health insurance benefits.

Based on the provisions in Clause 4, Article 16 of theHealth Insurance Law 2008:

4. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is invalid in the following cases:
a) The card has expired;
b) The card has been tampered with or altered;
c) The cardholder no longer participates in health insurance.
5. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp organization shall issue kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card form after agreement with the Ministry of Health.
Thus, according to the above regulations, if kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is still valid but tampered with, it falls under one of the cases where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp card is invalid.
