Retirement procedures

a) No more than 01 month for one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 retirement date coincides with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Lunar New Year holiday; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee has a spouse, father, mother (of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 spouse), or child who passed away, is declared missing by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 court; xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee and their family suffer damage due to natural disasters, enemy sabotage, or fire;
b) No more than 03 months in case of severe illness or accident with a hospital certificate;
c) No more than 06 months in case of ongoing treatment for a disease listed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Health as requiring long-term treatment, with a hospital certificate.
- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee is eligible for a delay in retirement for multiple reasons as specified in Clause 2 of this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 extension is granted for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 longest allowable delay.

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee does not wish to delay xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 retirement date as stipulated in Clause 2 of this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency or unit managing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee will resolve for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee to retire according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provisions of Clause 1 of this Article.
- Six months before xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 retirement date as stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, 3, and 4 of this Article, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency or unit managing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee must issue a written notice of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 retirement date for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 public employee to know and prepare a replacement.
