+ Public Security Agencies and Border Guard Stations close to areas where domestic violence acts occur;

+ Educational institutions where domestic violence victims are learners;

+ Village Heads, Heads bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Sub-Quarters, Heads bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vietnamese Fatherland Front Departments in residential areas where domestic violence acts occur;

+ Heads bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp socio-political organizations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes where domestic violence acts occur;

+ National hotline for domestic violence prevention and combat.

Submission bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Addresses that receive notifications and denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts to addresses prescribed above shall be performed under the following forms:

+ Calls or messages;

+ Letters or applications;

+ Direct notification.

The Government bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vietnam shall stipulate regulations on the national hotline for domestic violence prevention and combat to receive and handle notifications or denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts.

2. Handling bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notifications and denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts in Vietnam

Article 20 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp theLaw No. 13/2022/QH15 dated November 14, 2022 on prevention đástipulates handling bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notifications and denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts acts as follows

Public Security Agencies and Border Guard Stations close to areas where domestic violence acts occur shall, upon receiving notifications or denunciations, promptly prevent and handle domestic violence acts within their scope bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp entitlements while notifying Chairmen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the People’s Committees bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes where domestic violence acts occur.

Organizations and individuals prescribed in Points c, d, dd, and e Clause 1 Article 19 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp theLaw No. 13/2022/QH15 dated November 14, 2022 on prevention đáshall, upon receiving notifications or denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts, immediately provide notifications for Chairmen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the People’s Committees bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes where domestic violence acts occur and prevent such acts within their capability.

Chairmen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the People’s Committees bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes shall handle or assign the handling immediately after receiving Addresses that receive notifications and denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts or reports on domestic violence acts from organizations and individuals prescribed in Clause 1 and Clause 2 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp this Article, except for cases prescribed in Clause 4 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp this Article.

If subjects bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notifications or denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts are children, pregnant women, women raising children under 36 months old, the elderly, disabled people, and people who are unable to take care bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp themselves or the domestic violence acts have caused or can potentially endanger the health and life bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the victims, Chairmen bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the People’s Committees bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes shall assign the Police Force bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp communes, wards, or towns (hereinafter referred to as “Commune-Level Police Force) to handle such matter.

In case bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notifications or denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp criminals, the receipt and handling bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp notifications and denunciations shall comply with laws on criminal procedures.

The procedure for receiving and handling Addresses that receive notifications and denunciations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts shall comply with regulations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Government bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Vietnam.

People who have audio or images bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts may provide them to agencies, organizations, and individuals competent to handle domestic violence cases.

The use bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp audio and images bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence acts during the handling bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence cases and the publication bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp them on mass media or the internet shall be agreed on by domestic violence victims or guardians or legal representatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic violence victims, unless otherwise prescribed by law.

TheLaw No. 13/2022/QH15 dated November 14, 2022 on prevention đáwill take effect from July 1, 2023.
