1. What is the Government Inspectorate?

According to the provisions of Article 1 ofDecree 81/2023/ND-CP, taking effect on December 1, 2023, the Government Inspectorate is a ministerial-level agency of the Government, responsible for managing state inspection, the reception of citizens, the handling of complaints vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay denunciations, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preventing vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay combating corruption nationwide. According to the provisions of Section 7, Article 2 ofDecree 81/2023/ND-CP, the Government Inspectorate has six tasks vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers in anti-corruption as follows:

(1) Organizing, directing, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guiding the implementation of legal provisions on anti-corruption, under its authority or the direction of the Government, the Prime Minister, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct in inspection;

(2) Inspecting cases with signs of corruption according to its authority; inspecting the implementation of laws on anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct in ministries, government agencies, provincial people's committees, enterprises, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay non-state social organizations under its authority or under the direction of the Prime Minister;

(3) Actively coordinating with other agencies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organizations in detecting acts of corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay misconduct; inspecting cases with signs of corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay misconduct under its authority or under the direction of the Prime Minister; urging the handling of individuals involved in acts of corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay misconduct in accordance with the law vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the hierarchical management of Party vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government officials;

(4) Controlling the assets vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income of office holders vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals with positions vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers in agencies, organizations, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay units under its authority;

(5) Building, managing, exploiting, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay protecting the national database on asset vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income control; monitoring vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluating the situation of anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct in ministries, central authorities, localities, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay non-state areas;

(6) Cooperating with the State Audit, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of National Defense, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Court, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Central Internal Affairs Committee in providing, exchanging information, documents, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay experiences on anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct; summarizing, evaluating, forecasting the situation of corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay misconduct; vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay proposing policies vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay solutions for anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct.

Therefore, compared to the current regulations,Decree 81/2023/ND-CPprovides more specific provisions on the tasks vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers of the Government Inspectorate in anti-corruption, including:

- Controlling the assets vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income of office holders vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals with positions vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay powers in agencies, organizations, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay units under its authority;

- Building, managing, exploiting, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay protecting the national database on asset vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income control; monitoring vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluating the situation of corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay misconduct vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct works in ministries, central authorities, localities, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay non-state areas.

3. Organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate of Vietnam

According to the provisions of Article 3 ofDecree 81/2023/ND-CP,the organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate from December 1, 2023, will include the following administrative organizations vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service providers:

Administrative organizations:

1. Legal Affairs Department.

3. International Cooperation Department.

8. Inspection, Complaint Settlement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Denunciation Handling Department for cultural vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay social sectors (Department III).

9. Inspection, Complaint Settlement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Denunciation Handling Bureau for Region 1 (Bureau I).

10. Inspection, Complaint Settlement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Denunciation Handling Bureau for Region 2 (Bureau II).

11. Inspection, Complaint Settlement, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Denunciation Handling Bureau for Region 3 (Bureau III).

12. Anti-corruption vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay anti-misconduct Bureau (Bureau IV).

13. Supervision, Appraisal, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Post-Inspection Handling Department (Bureau V).

14. Central Citizen Reception Board.

These administrative organizations play a role in assisting the Government Inspectorate in carrying out its state management functions.
