+ Graduated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube fields or majors specified in point a of this clause at foreign training institutions recognized by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Ministry of Education and Training;

+ Graduated from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube maritime officer training program as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube Minister of Transport;

+ Completed xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube training courses for OS watch seamen, Oiler watch engineers, electrical technicians under xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube college-level training program or higher at maritime training institutions and meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube regulations in Section A- II/4; A- III/4; A- III/7 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube STCW Code.
