In the Draft Decree stipulating the base salary for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and the armed forces, nine groups xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái subjects have been proposed to increase the base salary from July 1, 2023 (maintaining the same subjects asNghị định 38/2019/NĐ-CP quy):

- Cadres and civil servants from the central to the district level are specified in Clauses 1 and 2, Article 4 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái theLuật cán bộ, công vtv5 trực tiếp bóng(amended in theLaw amending a number xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái articles xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Law on Cadres and Civil servants and the Law on Public Employees 2019).

- Commune-level cadres and civil servants as defined in Clause 3 and Article 4 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái theLuật cán bộ, công vtv5 trực tiếp bóng(amended in theLaw amending a number xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái articles xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Law on Cadres and Civil servants and the Law on Public Employees 2019).

- Public employees in non-business units, as defined by theLuật viên lịch trực tiếp bóng(amended in theLaw amending a number xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái articles xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Law on Cadres and Civil servants and the Law on Public Employees 2019).

- Persons working under the labor contract regime in agencies, organizations, and units xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and armed forces (army, police, cipher) according to the provisions xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiNghị định 111/2022/NĐ-CPare paid according toNghị định 204/2004/NĐ-CPon the salary regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces.

- People working in the staff quota in associations are supported by the state budget for operating expenses specified inDecree 45/2010/ND-CPon the organization, operation, and management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái associations.

- Officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers, soldiers, defense workers, and employees xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Vietnam People's Army.

- Officers, non-commissioned officers on salary, non-commissioned officers, conscripts, and public security workers xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security.

- People working in cipher organizations.

- Part-time workers at communes, villages, and residential groups.

2. Proposed base salary applied from July 1, 2023

Currently, the applied base salary is 1.49 million VND/month.

The Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Home Affairs has proposed to adjust the base salary for cadres, civil servants, and public employees from 1,490,000 VND/month to 1,800,000 VND/month as xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái July 1, 2023. (increased by 20.8%).
