Pursuant to Resolution 04/2019/NQ-HDTP dated June 18, 2019 of the Council of Judges of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court on the process of selection, publication and application of the Charter; Pursuant to the Official Letter of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Procuracy, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense, Vietnam Bar Federation on the appointment of members to join the Charter Advisory Council.

At the same time, considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Scientific Management of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court, the Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court shall decide to establish a Court Charter Advisory Council consisting of the following named comrades:

1. Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court, Chairman of the Scientific Council of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - Chairman of the Council;

2. Dr. Nguyen Tri Tue, Deputy Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court, member of the Scientific Council of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - Vice Chairman of the Council;

3. MasterNguyen Van Tien, Deputy Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - Vice Chairman of the Council;

4. Dr. Bui Ngoc Hoa, Former Deputy Permanent Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - a member of the Council;

5. Master Song Anh Hao, Former Deputy Chief Justice of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - a member of the Council;

15. Prof. Dr. Do Van Dai, Dean of Civil Law Department of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law Ho Chi Minh City - member of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Council;

16. Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Ba Binh, Dean of Department of International Trade Law, Hanoi University of Law - Council member.

17. Dr. Nguyen Van Nam, Deputy Dean of Faculty of Law of People's Security Academy - Council member;

18. Dr. Nguyen Chi Cong, Director of the Department of Legal Affairs and Scientific Management of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court - Secretary of the Council.

The Court Charter Advisory Council shall study, discuss and give written opinions on the contents of each proposed judgment or ruling selected as a valid judgment and the contents of each draft valid judgment for filing and reporting to the Judicial Council of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court.

Operating funds of the Court Charter Advisory Council shall be derived from the regular expenses of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Court and shall comply with the provisions of law.

This Decision shall enter into force on 10 June 2022.
