+ Time-based salary shall be paid to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employee monthly, weekly, daily or hourly as agreed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract. To be specific:

++ Monthly salary is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 salary for a month’s work;

++ Weekly salary is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 salary for a week’s work. In case monthly salary is specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 weekly salary equals (+) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 monthly salary multiplied by (x) 12 months and divided by (:) 52 weeks;

++ Daily salary is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 salary for a days’ work. In case monthly salary is specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 daily salary equals (+) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 monthly salary divided by (:) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 number of normal working days in a month as decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employer. In case weekly salary is specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 daily salary equals (+) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 weekly salary divided by (:) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 number of working days in a week as specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract;

++ Hourly salary is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 salary for an hour’s work. In case monthly, weekly or daily salary is specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 hourly salary equals (+) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 daily salary divided by (:) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 number of normal working hours in a day as prescribed by Article 105 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2vtv2 trực tiếp bóng.

+ Piece rate pay is paid to piece workers according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 quantity and quality of products, productivity norms and unit prices of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 products.

+ Fixed salary is paid according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 quantity and quality of works and time needed for completion of these works.

- Payment of salaries in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 forms specified in Clause 1 of Article 54 ofDecree No. 145/2020/ND-CPshall be made transferred to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employees’ bank accounts. In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 latter case, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employers shall pay xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 fees for opening accounts and transferring salaries.

- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 labor contract agrees on monthly salary (According to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 month has 26 working days)

For example: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 labor contract agrees that employee A's monthly salary is 10 million VND/month.

So A's daily salary is determined + Monthly salary/Number of working days in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 month + 10 million VND/26 days + 384,615 VND/day.

+ If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 month has less than 26 working days, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 daily wage will be calculated based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 actual number of working days.

- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 labor contract agrees on a weekly salary:

For example: xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 labor contract agrees that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 weekly salary of employee B is 2 million VND/week.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 number of working days in a week is 5 days.

So B's daily salary is determined + Weekly salary/Number of working days in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 week + 2 million VND/5 days + 400,000 VND/day.

 

2. What are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations on calculating overtime pay in Vietnam?

Overtime pay prescribed in Clause 1 Article 98 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2vtv2 trực tiếp bóngand guided by Article 55 ofDecree No. 145/2020/ND-CPas follows:

- An employee receiving time-based salaries will receive overtime pay for working outside of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 normal working hours prescribed in Article 105 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2vtv2 trực tiếp bóngshall be calculated as follows:

Hourly salary in a normal working day (normal hourly salary)

Where:

+ Hourly salary in a normal working day (hereinafter referred to as “normal hourly salary”) is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 actual salary of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 work in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 month or week in which xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employee works overtime (excluding overtime pay, night work pay, salary of public holidays and paid leave prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Labor Code; bonuses prescribed in Article 104 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2vtv2 trực tiếp bóng; rewards for innovation; mid-shift meal allowance, allowances for travel, communication, housing, daycare, infant care; financial assistance upon death or marriage of a family member, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employee’s birthday, occupational diseases, other allowances and benefits that are not relevant to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 performance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 works or position specified in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employment contract) divided by (:) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 total number of working hours of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 same month or week, which must not exceed xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 number of normal working days of a month and normal working hours of a day or a week as decided by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise, excluding overtime hours;

+ At least 150% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 normal hourly salary in case of overtime work on normal days; at least 200% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 normal hourly salary in case of overtime work during weekly breaks; at least 300% of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 normal hourly salary in case of overtime work during public holiday or paid leave, excluding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 daily salary during public holidays or paid leave in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employee receives daily salary.

- Employees receiving piece rate pay will be receive overtime pay for working outside of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 normal working hours in order to increase xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 quantity or volume of products according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 productivity norms under agreement with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 employer. Overtime pay will be calculated as follows:

- Employees that work overtime during public holidays that are also weekly breaks will receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 overtime pay for working during public holidays.

Note: Employees that work overtime on compensatory days off that are also weekly breaks will receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 overtime pay for working during weekly breaks.
