According to Clause 1 of Article 2 ofDecree 06/2017/ND-CPregulates betting and types of betting as follows:

2. Person eligible/ineligible to be a bettor in Vietnam

- Person eligible to be a bettor

Bettors shall be at least 21 year olds and have fully legal capacity as prescribed by law.

- Persons not allowed to place bets:

+ Persons not satisfying xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirement specified in clause 1 of Article 7 ofDecree 06/2017/ND-CP;

+ Managers, directors and employees of bet-organizing enterprises and their parents, spouses and children must not place bets through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprises they work for;

+ Members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Race surveillance councils of horse races or greyhound races and their parents, spouses and children must not place bets on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 races which are under their surveillance;

+ Jockeys, players, referees and their parent, spouse and children must not place bets on races and soccer matches and tournaments that they participate or control;

+ Persons whose parents, spouses or children who have fully legal capacity or who themselves request xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 bet-organizing enterprise to prevent them from placing bets;

+ Persons who are liable to criminal prosecution or have incurred penalties which have not been expunged; persons who are incurring xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 measure of education at reform schools or rehabilitation centers.

3. How to bet on international soccer legally?

+ Get their wins certified and fully paid out by bet-organizing enterprises according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 announced betting rules;

+ Any bettor being a foreigner or a Vietnamese overseas citizen who wins a bet may buy foreign currencies at a bank which is eligible for foreign exchange transactions to transfer such money abroad according to law on foreign exchange control;

+ Have lawful rights arising from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 placement of bets and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 confidentiality of personal winning information protected by law;

+ File complaints against xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprises or denunciations of prize payout results and cheatings and violations committed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organizing enterprises and relevant entities;

+ Enjoy other lawful benefits prescribed in laws and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 announced betting rules.

Bettors shall have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following obligations:

+ Present identity papers to prove xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 eligibility to place bets at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request of competent authorities;
