a) Health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card or health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number; in cases where the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card does not have a photo, one must additionally present one of the following identification documents with a photo: identity card, citizen identification card, identity certificate, passport, Level 2 electronic identification account on the VNeID application, or other personal identification documents issued by a competent authority, or a confirmation document from the commune police or other document with confirmation from the educational institution managing the students;
b) Identity card, citizen identification card, or Level 2 electronic identification account on the VNeID application integrated with health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card information.
- For children under 6 years old, only the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card or health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number needs to be presented; in cases where the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card has not been issued, the original or copy of the birth certificate, birth extract, original or copy of the birth certificate, or identity card must be presented; for newborns, a parent or relative must sign confirmation on the medical record or the representative of the medical examination and treatment facility must sign confirmation on the medical record in cases where the child has no parent or relative.

- Persons who have stopped working and receive sick leaves for laborers with long-term treatment-required diseases or laborers on sick leave for 14 or more working days in a month according to social lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations
- Persons on maternity leave for 14 or more working days in a month according to social lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations
- Former commune, ward, commune-level town officials who have stopped working and receive monthly social lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay allowances
- Persons receiving unemployment benefits

Pursuant to Article 16 of theHealth lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law 2008(amended by Clause 14, Article 1 of theAmended Health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law 2024and Clause 10, Article 1 of theAmended Health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law 2014), the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card regulations are as follows:
Article 16. Health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card
- The health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card, which contains a health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number, is issued to individuals participating in health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and serves as the basis for enjoying the benefits of health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay as stipulated by this Law. The health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card is issued in both electronic and paper forms and has the same legal validity.
- Each person is issued only one health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number.
- The effective date of the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card is stipulated as follows:
a) Individuals stipulated in Clauses 1, 2, and 3 of Article 12 of this Law, participating in health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for the first time, the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card is valid from the date of health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payment;
b) Participants continuously joining health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay from the second time onwards, the validity of the health lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay card continues immediately after the expiration of the previous card;
