- Criteria for evaluating moral qualities, sense of responsibility, discipline awareness, discipline in the execution of duties xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service of officials xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public employees xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay employees.
- Criteria for evaluating professional xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay operational competence; the ability to meet the requirements regarding progress, time, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay quality of regular xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extraordinary task execution.
- Criteria for evaluating the work results xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay products associated with the functions xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duties of the agency, organization, unit that officials xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public employees xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay employees have achieved.

Article 4. Cases not yet considered for job termination
- Subjects specified in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree are females who are pregnant, on maternity leave, or raising a child under 36 months of age, except in cases of voluntary resignation.
- Persons who are under disciplinary consideration or criminal investigation, or inspection due to signs of violation.
Thus, the cases not yet considered for job termination in implementing organizational arrangement of the political system include:
