However, according to sub-item 2.2, Item 2 ofKết luận 83-KL/TW về cải cách, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay salary policies for officials and public employees are delineated as follows:
(1) Implementation of statutory pay rate adjustment from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND (an increase of 30%) from July 1, 2024.

- From trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay increase in local revenue and surplus funds allocated for salary reform in previous years.- From trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay central government budget.- From a portion of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay revenue from service activities.- From a 10% saving on additional recurrent expenditure.- From resources generated by streamlining staff.
(5) Completing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay mechanism for managing salaries and incomes: Clearly stipulating and guiding 4 contents, including:
- Authority and responsibility of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay head in evaluating and classifying officials and public employees for salary and bonus payments and task performance results.- Authority of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay head to use trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay salary fund and recurrent expenditure funds to hire professionals, scientists, and talented individuals to complete trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay tasks of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agency or unit and to decide trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay income payment levels associating with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay assigned tasks.- Expanding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay pilot application of additional salaries for certain localities when conditions permit, as proposed byNghị quyết 27-NQ/TW năm 2018.- Mechanism for managing salaries and incomes appropriate to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay state budget’s funding sources and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay revenue of public service providers.

(7) Concerning amendments and supplements to some allowance policies: trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Standing Committee of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Party leadership, directs trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Government of Vietnam to research and decide on amending and supplementing trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay policies on allowances and special policies for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay armed forces, allowances for officials and public employees in some specialized fields, especially professional allowances that have arisen as unreasonable during implementation.
Simultaneously, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay implementation of salary reform according toNghị quyết 27-NQ/TW năm 2018faces many difficulties, obstacles, and inadequacies; thus, it requires thorough review and research, and comprehensive examination; at trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same time, many Party regulations and State laws need to be revised and supplemented to present to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Central Government to consider and adjust several contents ofNghị quyết 27-NQ/TW năm 2018to suit actual conditions.
