What is trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current statutory pay rate used to calculate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary for teachers?
According to Article 3 ofDecree 73/2024/ND-CPof Vietnam's Government, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate used to calculate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary for teachers is as follows:
Statutory pay ate
1. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate is used as a basis to:
a) Calculate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary tables, allowance levels, and implement other policies according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects stipulated in Article 2 of this Decree;
b) Calculate operational expenses, living expenses according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law;
c) Calculate deductions and benefits based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate.
2. From July 1, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate is 2,340,000 VND/month.
3. For agencies and units currently applying special financial and income mechanisms at trực tiếp bóng đá k+ central level: Continue to retain trực tiếp bóng đá k+ difference between trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary and additional income in June 2024 of officials and public employees and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary from July 1, 2024, after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ amendment or abolition of special financial and income mechanisms. During trực tiếp bóng đá k+ period that these mechanisms have not been amended or abolished, implement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ monthly salary and additional income based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate of 2,340,000 VND/month according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ special mechanism starting from July 1, 2024, ensuring not to exceed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary and additional income enjoyed in June 2024 (excluding trực tiếp bóng đá k+ difference due to salary coefficient adjustments upon rank upgrade or step increase). If according to this principle, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary and additional income from July 1, 2024, according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ special mechanism, are lower than trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ general regulations, then implement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary policies according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ general regulations.
4. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Government of Vietnam adjusts trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate after reporting to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ National Assembly for consideration and decision, suitable to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ state budget's capacity, consumer price index, and economic growth rate of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ country.

- Calculate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary tables, allowance levels, and implement other policies according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects stipulated in Article 2 ofNghị định 73/2024/NĐ-CP;
- Calculate operational expenses, living expenses according to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law;
- Calculate deductions and benefits based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate.

On June 21, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Central Executive Committee issuedKết luận 83-KL/TW về cải cáchon salary reform, adjustment of pensions, social insurance benefits, preferential allowances for people with meritorious services, and social allowances from July 1, 2024.

- Implement trực tiếp bóng đá k+ adjustment of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ statutory pay rate from 1.8 million VND to 2.34 million VND (up 30%) from July 1, 2024.
- Implement bonus policies from July 1, 2024 (bonus fund equal to 10% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ basic salary fund).
Thus, from July 1, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ income of teachers includes:

- Salary = salary coefficient x statutory pay rate
- Bonus: Bonus policy from July 1, 2024 (bonus fund equal to 10% of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ basic salary fund) determined by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ agency/unit based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ evaluation and ranking of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ work completion level of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ salary recipient.
- Allowance: Allowance regime remains unchanged as per current regulations.
- Additional Income (if any): Due to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ expansion of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ pilot application of additional salary for some localities when meeting conditions as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ policy inNghị quyết 27-NQ/TW năm 2018.
